We live on a bumpy dirt road, so traffic is minimal.
There is no air conditioning, however, since we are on a lake and below grade it is generally cooler.
While this is a quiet area, there are boats on the water and children in the neighborhood. We live in the main residence and our amazing grandchildren do visit. Yard spaces may be shared. Easy highway access. Ideally located between Providence and Boston.

This space will make you feel cozy and right at home! A bright and well-appointed apartment located in Norton MA, which is equidistant (30 mins drive) from Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod. We are not wannabe Hiltons, just a settled couple whose house includes an in-law apartment with no in-laws.

The space
You have access to a private deck and garden area (with chairs and a cafe table in the warm seasons.) Grab some coffee and sit in the sun. In winter, the garden room looks out onto the yard and is a perfect place for morning joe.

We put a lot of love into the apartment, which has hosted guests to the Wheaton campus as well as friends and extended family. We are proud of the music and media experience that we’ve been working on. It’s our favorite place to watch films.

The space includes modern decor and special vintage touches. It has a comfortable queen sized bed, bathroom, and kitchen with cozy counter seating for two. Coffee, tea provided. Need anything else?... just let us know!

The Queen bed has a Posturepedic mattress.

The kitchen is equipped. It’s great for cooking some eggs and coffee in the morning, chopping up veggies for salad or heating up a pot of soup. We provide pots/pans, a kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and coffee and tea. The apartment has all the kitchen utensils, dishes and flatware that you may need to cook in, or enjoy take-out from a local restaurant.

Guest access
This is an in-law apartment in a split-level house, accessible through the front (shared) door and seven steps down. You may also come and go through the (private) door from the deck, which is out back: no stairs in that case. You'll enjoy a kitchen, small bathroom with tub & shower, t.v. room with sofa, two bedrooms, a sun room, and a ground-level deck. We live upstairs.

Other things to note
The driveway is long and two cars wide. Please park as far forward as possible, in the left lane. Be very very cautious when backing out because, though it's not a busy street, visibility is lousy.

The famous TCP Boston, one of most famous golf places in USA is here. Tiger Woods comes to this place very often because he loves it.
We are 37 miles to Boston, 20 miles to Providence RI, 26 miles to Historical Plymouth MA, 38 miles to Cape Cod, 2.5 miles to Xfinity Center, 0.8 miles to Wheaton College in, 15 miles to Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, 37 miles to University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth, MA and 12 miles to the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, 12 miles to Wat Nawamintararachutis Meditation Center..Also the biggest and popular place, Wrentham Village Premium Outlets is 12 minutes from here and some casinos are nearby for your entertainment. If you want to Google it, you will find there are lots of attractions surrounding this area and make this area so popular.

The space
A Beautiful Victoran Home, with charm but yet not over done. VERY CLEAN..... Located in the village/commercial district of Norton, Mass. This is a well maintained grounds were designed by my husband and I. This is a unique piece of property with inviting rooms sectioned off for different purposes.

Guest access
This is great space on the first floor with no upstairs living totally quiet over looking the courtyard. Private entrance to a room with cathedral ceilings open plan living area includes, wifi, cable, chair, queen size bed and bathroom. The partial kitchen (no stove), counter with two bar stools, equipped with the following, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, coffee maker, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer (nice size), toaster oven (cook meals), electric plate, rice maker, iron, broom and a BBQ grill outside on courtyard. Private large deck with table and four chairs. Off street parking...You would be very happy!

Location, Location, Location! Fantastic area to visit all the quaint towns, with scenic views of beautiful harbors, shops, artist, music, restaurants, Fun Brew Pubs everywhere. NEW England, Take a fairy to Spectacular rocky coastline views or beaches. The east coast is famous for delicious lobster and a variety of seafood. CENTRAL to Boston 50 minutes, Gillette Stadium Foxboro Mass, Providence 30 minutes, Newport RI. 50 minutes, Providence (Water Fire is really awesome, gondulas up and down the river with music, Foxwoods/Mohegan Casino CT. 1 hour, Cape Cod 1 hour, Wheaton College(is a great place for a walk), on the same road RT 123/ Maine Street, TPC Golf Course, Xfinity Center (out door concerts that is pretty cool has trees through out. Fantastic area to visit all the quaint towns of New England, spectacular coastline and the delicious seafood.
Also, the train to Boston (stop in several towns), Cape Code and New York is one town over. We can also work in a visit to Casco, Maine for additional fees. Please join us for a wonderful stay in New England.
