Our Farm View VRBO overlooks our family's main farm and surrounding farmland. The view is relaxing and changes depending on the time of year. The 1860's farmhouse has been freshly remodeled and contains many essentials and amenities. It is very roomy and comfy for large or small groups. The adjacent barn contains games -- pool, ping pong, foosball, darts, air hockey, corn hole, and a Hershey Park original skee ball. Guests must be able to climb one flight of steps to enter the house.

The rest of the barn is still a working barn, so you will be right in the middle of the day-to-day operations of a farm. Horses will be in and out of their stalls next door. Our farm and feed shop is upstairs so you might see us loading up feed bags and hay. Everything you need is here, and we are local to many attractions. Hershey is an easy 25-minute drive away! Harrisburg Farm Show, Lebanon Expo Center, In The Net Sports Complex, Renaissance Faire and many more facilities are very close by. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a full sized bed, twin bed and a twin trundle bed. Both bedrooms have large closets. The full kitchen has a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and keurig coffee maker. The large open concept living and dining area is the perfect place to relax and spend time together.

This spacious guest home next to our family property is surrounded by rolling hills with plenty of parking and a lawn area for outdoor games. A screened in gazebo is perfect for a late afternoon nap several months of the year. Located just 3 miles from Interstate 81 makes it convenient to drive to your destination of choice. Hershey Park is 20 minutes away, LVC is 6 minutes, In the Net is 15 minutes, and Harrisburg is 35 minutes away. Our guest house is perfect for large groups as we have a large kitchen space, living room, beautiful sunroom overlooking the rolling hills, and a large finished basement that can help guests spread out a bit. The washer and dryer are located in the basement in the half bathroom.

- "What a great spot with tons of space, lots to do and a very hands on and helpful team that runs the property. Thanks for a great week!" - "Quittie Glen was a fantastic fit for our large family gathering. The properties are well cared-for, the two residential houses are lovely and comfortable, everyone loved the pool area, we enjoyed the light hiking around the property, and the main Lodge is highly functional and filled with things to do. We had a couple rainy days with several kids stuck inside all day, and no one was bored! The area is often overlooked on the national stage, and that was to our advantage. Hersheypark is a great day or two of fun, not super-crowded, and only about 20 minutes away. Just 5 minutes away is a small town center with pizza, antiques, shops, etc. And yes it can get hot and humid, but if you're prepared you'll be fine. The real stand-out, though, was the detailed attention to service. The management and concierge services went above and beyond to meet some special needs in our group, and after "putting them to the test" we are confident they mean it when they say they will do what it takes to make our stay memorable and comfortable. So we highly recommend this place! One note - there is a significant hill between the residences (where we slept) and the lodge (where we spent most of our time indoors). If you have someone with mobility issues you'll need to come up with a plan. For us, the solution was to just drive back and forth, and that worked out fine. There is more than ample parking, and driving around the property is not a problem at all."

Harvest Hill -- Fredericksburg Home with a View

Our Harvest Hill House is located on a hillside in the middle of our farmland. The view is spectacular and peaceful. The scenery of crops varies by the season, but is always terrific. The setting is very private. There is outdoor furniture to enjoy on the front and back porches.

- "The house and property were great. The distance runners in the family got quite the workout- ending with the killer hill in front. Grandchildren spent hours chasing lightening bugs. We enjoyed traveling to Hershey Park and to Lancaster for a ball game. Sign of a great vacation - plenty to do and the TV was on twice all week!" - "We stayed here instead of a hotel for our wedding and it was perfect. Lovely views and very peaceful. I want to come back when we can spend some more quality time at the house!"

Hershey Adventure Awaits! Hang out and relax in the awesome outdoor space featuring a large private saltwater inground pool available May-September, plenty of outdoor seating options, sunroom, and large fenced in backyard which is perfect for yard games. And when the weather changes or it is dark outside, move down to the recently added lower level game room and second living room. This newly remodeled 2,800 sq ft ranch home comfortable accommodates 12 people in 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining areas have seating for all.

The maximum occupancy for Hershey Adventure is 12 people.

The outdoor pool is saltwater and ranges from 3 feet deep to 8 feet deep. It will be available from May through September (weather permitting). The outdoor seating areas will be available April through October. The large fenced in yard is perfect for yard games such as cornhole and Kan Jam.

The newly added lower level game room consists of a pool table with ping pong top, shuffleboard, foosball, skee-ball and air hockey tables. There is a second living room perfect for watching movies or games on the 75 inch smart TV along with board games, card games and books too. There is also a separate office and reading nook on this level.

The main level living room has a 65 inch smart TV and comfortable seating. The Park bedroom has a seating area which includes a 55 inch smart TV, foosball coffee table, and Nintendo Wii gaming system with rockband.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a large variety of pots and pans, dishware, coffee pot and keurig (k-cups & coffee not provided), toaster, waffle maker, electric griddle, crockpot, and blender.

Each bedroom has its own TV and linens are included. You will need to bring your own towels (bath & pool) but bed linens are provided. Towels can be rented for an additional $125.

Other amenities include wifi, central AC and ceiling fans, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryers, and clothes iron. You will need to bring your own toiletries, food and beverages.

You'll never be at a loss for things to do or places to relax -- with a hot tub, gas fire pit, grill, spacious screened-in porch, pond and peaceful-sounding water fall, a book nook loft, indoor fireplaces, a kids’ playhouse, and an arcade room. Only four mins from Annville and 20 from Hershey, you're surrounded by woods but w/the convenience of a cute town and delicious restaurants nearby.

Our house is located near the interstate and within easy reach of Hershey and numerous other attractions. Swatara State Park is just a 2 minute drive away. There is a hiking and biking trail just down the road. If you are kayaking you can put in or get out of the creek right into the yard. The hot tub, grille, and stocked kitchen are waiting after your days activities. Do not expect me to message you before your stay - you can be assured the place is ready for you! Also there is no TV.

- "Beautiful home!" - "Well kept getaway with excellent access to creek for kayaking and bike/running paths at Swatara State Park plus south to icecream at the KOA. We kayaked and biked each day, coffee on the deck by the creek and the back porch, fire pit at night, used the gas grill for dinner. Exactly what we were looking for!" - "For Christmas, we were giving tickets to the Sight and Sound Theatre in Lancaster. My son was graduating from the Keystone State Challege Academy at Fort Indiantown Gap so we made a long weekend of it! The house was very nice and relaxing. I wish we had brought a canoe or fishing rods because the water access was so lovely. My only suggestion would be to bring board games or cards or a book to read as there is not a television and no games or books were provided by the host."

A train track is located nearby, and while the train usually does not blow its whistle, you may hear it pass by occasionally. Noise machines are available in every bedroom for added comfort.

The hot tub, rooms and decorations, and games were lovely. Not a complaint, but I'd suggest putting a doormat outside the smaller separate building and another inside the house from the outside back door. A cookie tray/pizza pan would also be helpful. Also, I think the dot painting has 23,322 dots!Great place, highly recommend! "

Enjoy easy access to nearby Hershey, Harrisburg, and Lebanon attractions! This late 1700’s, 3 bedroom house is filled with original details from when it was built. Located 25 minutes to Hershey. Walking distance to the local coffee shop, ice cream parlor, playgrounds, and LebanonValley Rail Trail. You will have a unique stay for being right in the center of town.

The space
The historic house is located directly in town square of Jonestown. The house is mostly original from when it was built. The stair case leading upstairs is very steep as there were no building codes in the 1700s so it might be hard for some to go up and down between the first and second floors. The steps are narrow and steep. If you have mobility issues, or have very little travelers with you, please take note of the stairs. The home is log construction so it stays fairly quiet but street noise can be heard as the house sits in the center of town and along the Main Street. There is central air conditioning so you'll be cool after a day at Hershey Park in the summer. The first floor offers a powder room and washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, toaster and all other utensils and pots and pans. The TV in the living room has Roku so you can watch your favorite subscription based shows. The two front bedrooms have full sized beds, and the back bedroom has two twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has a wall-mount sink, toilet, and clawfoot tub. All towels are supplied.

You have access to the entire home except for the basement and attic. These two floors are not maintained as part of the airbnb.

Other things to note
Please note that the steps going upstairs are extremely steep, and might not be for everyone. They have been used by young and old for over 200 years, but if you're not used to an older house that has "quirks" you might not be ready for the steps. Again, it's an old house and nothing is perfect - it just adds to the charm! The elderly and people with mobility issues could have trouble using the steps.

We are 20-25 minutes to Hershey. 20 minutes to Lebanon Expo. 25 minutes to the RenFaire. This rental will have everyone feeling at home with its many choices of gathering spaces and comfy corners. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs: 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds with twin trundles underneath. The large laundry/mudroom off the kitchen has a stacked washer and dryer that you are free to use. It also has a kids play area where the kids can have fun while you’re preparing food. The first floor office can be closed off from the rest of the home if need to work while you are staying here. It also has a full sized sofa bed if you need a first floor bedroom. There is wifi throughout the property so you can even work outside on the deck or sit in the yard and still be connected.

It has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a King bed with an Ease Zero Gravity Adjustable Mattress Frame, Dresser, Make up Vanity with Mirror and TV.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, Dresser and TV.
Bedroom 3 has two Twin Beds.
Linens, pillows and towels are provided.

Connected to the living room is an extra room that can be used as an Office, area for children to play or Sleeping Area. There is a desk and a Lazy Boy Sleeper Sofa. Sleeper Sofa has a comfortable queen size memory foam air mattress.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, pots/pans and kitchen utensils. Microwave, coffee pot and Cuisinart single pod coffee maker. Coffee is provided.

Stackable Front Load Washer and Dryer located on Main floor just off of the Kitchen.

Dining Room has a table with seating for 6, Four Chairs and a Bench.
Also, a High Chair.

Second Full bath on the first floor.

Living Room has two sofas and an oversized chair, High speed internet/WIFI, and TV with Roku.

There is a back yard and firepit for enjoyment.
