- "This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to paying for the stay they tried to charge me $59/per person per night. Everything was communicated but ignored. I even took pics and videos. In return I was giving a late check out with no charge so far who knows."

The A/C, heat, water pressure in the shower are all fantastic. There are 2 large closets to hang clothes. The building overall is safe. There is a childcare center on the 2nd floor that is mostly under control. This apartment is on the first floor with 5 stairs to reach the apartment. The terrain of the area is made up of hills. The street is on a hill and the adjacent avenue is on a hill. There is anything you could need within a few blocks but right across is a Dollar store that really offers everything and an amazing hair salon along with laundry service. The neighborhood can get loud but there's fans within the apartment that drowns out all that or turn on one of the huge fantastic televisions in the place. Mr. Lambert is a fantastic host and always available for questions and to help out with any apartment problems.Truly a gem. "

This house is a block walk to the 6-train station, 35 mins to Manhattan, buses BX4 & BX27, nearby stores, and restaurants. This location is near all major highways.
Most residents here take the train to get to work. In addition, quite a number also drive in a private automobile to get to work. Residents also ride the bus for their daily commute. High number of residents take the train to work each day, which can be a very good way to get to work at a lower cost and with less pollution.

Welcome to our home! This is a very clean private room, located on a quiet house. Our house is located very close to the Bus Bx27 which you can utilize to transfer to train 6, 5 and 2. Near our neighborhood there are lots of places you can visit: Botanical Gardens, Bronx Zoo, City Island, Orchard Beach, Fordham University, Yankee Stadium, Empire City Casino, Cross County mall, Bay Plaza mall and much more like restaurants, movie theathers, Calling center even laundries. The area is very bright

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. With lovely, beach- themed decor, this place is loaded with board games, karaoke, a Super Nintendo, a full entertainment system, business hub, and Home system to play your favorite songs while showering in the marble decked out bathroom.

The space
There is a full sized bed in a private bedroom, while more sleeping space in the convertible sofa. The convertible is actually family favorite- as the L-Shaped sofa changes to a really huge bed area, (or a jumping pad for most kids). There are stainless steel appliances available for your convenience. I try to stock it up with a bunch of utensils, for various cooking/baking needs. The apartment is located on the top floor with limited access to the rooftop where you can get a good view of the concrete jungle.

The bathroom has nice marble paneling, and what’s really neat is that you get to boss around Google to play your favorite tunes, audiobook, news, or topics that you enjoy. I personally find the bathroom one of my favorite spaces. There is central heating and air in the premises as well, but I have an extra ac/heater.. if you need more energy.
