Please note that I offer a “starter pack” of toiletries that includes toilet paper for each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and trash bags. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible but it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish any supplies that may be depleted beyond our starter pack. However, I do provide bath towels, sheets, and hand soap in case you do not want to pack these items.

SAFETY AND PROPERTY:
This property has a pool that may not be safe for babies or toddlers. There are edges that may cause injury if not careful. We are not responsible for any pool accidents/injuries. There are rules posted on pool use as well as emergency procedures on the pool deck that shall be followed. Although the pool area is fully fenced in, it does not have a gate directly around the pool to prevent kids/pets from going in.

Please remember, this is our primary home. We hope you treat our home as you would your own. We have put a lot of effort into making it the oasis it is so that we can share our beautiful space with others.

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located by the front door facing the outdoor entryway, 1 camera is located by the garage door facing the parking area, and 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence

- "Very nice!" - "Quiet" - "This is a nice property to look at, but when you get there its not so great. The toilet in the main bedroom had a massive leak that had to be fixed on day two, and I will give credit to the contact on fixing that quickly. The Keurig machine has no pods, just cheap weird inserts for coffee that do not go with this machine. The garage did not have working lights in it so you had to do laundry in the dark. The floors are raised in places, and the secondary toilet was not secure to the floor causing it to wobble when being used. The light fixtures are shaky to turn on, and it feels like they are going to fall. The tv was okay, but the movies that it had were all on other languages with no way to put captions on (we tried three different ways and nothing.)For the price of this property, there should not be these types of issues or lack of quality. This is a rental for a weekend, not a week, in my opinion. Nice but I will not be renting this again. "

This is an all brick, single story 3/2 with study and very large kitchen with lots of cabinets and great counter space. It is a very open concept and nestled in a very good Pearland neighborhood. Granite countertops and nice laminate floors accent this very comfortable retreat.

- "Beautifully maintained home in a very amazing location. House had everything needed to cook, clean and be comfortable. A lot of TVs only complained was should be able to access regular channels and local news ON TV in living area! Beds were very comfortable and everything in the home was clean!!! We had problem with the thermostat at night automatically dropping temp to 55. We would get up three or four times because we were freezing and it had reset to 55 and we would reset to 72 and again would reset itself to 55. We alerted leasing company because this would create huge electric bills for the owners. Both upstairs thermostat and downstairs reset to that temp every night some might say they would welcome a cool rental because normally just the opposite! We would highly recommend this property to anyone in the Pearland area! "
