Please note that I offer a “starter pack” of toiletries that includes toilet paper for each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and trash bags. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible but it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish any supplies that may be depleted beyond our starter pack. However, I do provide bath towels, sheets, and hand soap in case you do not want to pack these items.

SAFETY AND PROPERTY:
This property has a pool that may not be safe for babies or toddlers. There are edges that may cause injury if not careful. We are not responsible for any pool accidents/injuries. There are rules posted on pool use as well as emergency procedures on the pool deck that shall be followed. Although the pool area is fully fenced in, it does not have a gate directly around the pool to prevent kids/pets from going in.

Please remember, this is our primary home. We hope you treat our home as you would your own. We have put a lot of effort into making it the oasis it is so that we can share our beautiful space with others.

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located by the front door facing the outdoor entryway, 1 camera is located by the garage door facing the parking area, and 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence

- "Very nice!" - "Quiet" - "This is a nice property to look at, but when you get there its not so great. The toilet in the main bedroom had a massive leak that had to be fixed on day two, and I will give credit to the contact on fixing that quickly. The Keurig machine has no pods, just cheap weird inserts for coffee that do not go with this machine. The garage did not have working lights in it so you had to do laundry in the dark. The floors are raised in places, and the secondary toilet was not secure to the floor causing it to wobble when being used. The light fixtures are shaky to turn on, and it feels like they are going to fall. The tv was okay, but the movies that it had were all on other languages with no way to put captions on (we tried three different ways and nothing.)For the price of this property, there should not be these types of issues or lack of quality. This is a rental for a weekend, not a week, in my opinion. Nice but I will not be renting this again. "

This is an all brick, single story 3/2 with study and very large kitchen with lots of cabinets and great counter space. It is a very open concept and nestled in a very good Pearland neighborhood. Granite countertops and nice laminate floors accent this very comfortable retreat.

- "Beautifully maintained home in a very amazing location. House had everything needed to cook, clean and be comfortable. A lot of TVs only complained was should be able to access regular channels and local news ON TV in living area! Beds were very comfortable and everything in the home was clean!!! We had problem with the thermostat at night automatically dropping temp to 55. We would get up three or four times because we were freezing and it had reset to 55 and we would reset to 72 and again would reset itself to 55. We alerted leasing company because this would create huge electric bills for the owners. Both upstairs thermostat and downstairs reset to that temp every night some might say they would welcome a cool rental because normally just the opposite! We would highly recommend this property to anyone in the Pearland area! "

We don't allow loud, late night parties as this is a quiet neighborhood with working families and children who go to bed fairly early. Quiet hours start at 9pm. (This just means no yelling or shouting, no music outside, no excessive noise that could wake a sleeping neighbor) Absolutely have a great time but please be respectful of the neighbors as far as noise and parking :)

Disclaimer: by booking this property you hereby agree that the pool and spa are use at your own risk. And that host or host business will not be held liable for any pool or spa related accidents. It is advised that anyone in or near the pool or spa wear the life safety floatation devices provided and that all children have supervision when using the pool or being near it. I have to add this statement to protect myself but absolutely have a great time!!

Also the pool is professionally cleaned and treated weekly. This doesn't stop a gust of wind from blowing new leaves or seeds Into the pool. The filters are always running but can take many hours to pull everything out of a pool this size especially if the wind persists. A net is left near the pool that can be used to remove any leaves or things from it if you want to use it. I cant promise it will never have debris floating but we do try our absolute best to keep it sparkling clean.

Because this is Houston and a warm humid environment there is always a possibility that an ant or moth or some other insect could enter the home if the door is open for any length of time. Again we clean and treat the entire house to avoid this as much as possible. It's just always a possibility. Feel free to turn on the hot tub to whatever temperature you like. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, there is little to no noise pollution which is ideal for anyone working nights. My home is a great option for anyone that is looking for a long-term lodging for school or work.

The space
Included in the room is a queen-size bed, closet, dresser, smart TV, desk and desk chair, mini fridge, nightstand, and alarm clock. Towels and bedding are available in the closet. If in need of toiletries and feminine products until your next grocery run, look in the hallway closet.

This is a room rental so you'll be sharing the bathroom as well as the common spaces. My kitchen has a well-equipped dishwasher, full-sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, crockpot, instant pot, rice cooker, and blender. The living room has a 75-inch Smart TV. I do have a small backyard but it's still a good space for a dog. House cleaners come by monthly.

My place is 30 minutes from the Texas Medical Center and Downtown Houston, which is easily accessible via Hwy 288. There are also two tolls close by 288 toll and Sam Houston Tollway. 20 minutes from Hobby Airport. If staying long-term, I'd recommend getting an EZ Tag or TXTollTag.

The entire house is accessible EXCEPT for the master bedroom and other guest room. Remember that this listing is only for the ROOM, not the ENTIRE HOUSE. Bathroom is shared between guests. If another guest is occupying the other room, please be mindful and respectful of their belongings and food.

this is a 2 story home, 2400 square feet , the rooms are in the 2nd floor, very spacious and comfortable rooms. clean shared bathroom for guests with clean towels , toilet paper. the batroom is very close from the bedroom. each bedroom has a minifridge , a tv , a closet, windows to the outside and a mirror, and a small desk. you can use the kitchen but make sure you clean after yourself. the entrance door has a coded door lock. will give you the password once you come in to the house.
