- Deck boards are older, so shoes are recommended.
- No outdoor shower, but a Hose-off area on the stair landing is perfect for washing off yourself, beach gear, sandy feet, and more.
- If the tide is high, we may not have a beach in front of the house, and you will need to walk down to the next block, where the beach is wider, or drive to a different area with more beach. ***With the recent storm, the walkover was taken out at the corner of Whelk & Beach Dr and Oyster & Beach Dr. You can still walk onto the beach where the walkover was without having to walk through sand dunes or any vegetation at the corner of Whelk & Beach Dr.***

Coastal Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house. Built by us, for us, that we share with you. There are a lot of our personal touches throughout the house, it’s not a purpose built rental. If you see it listed for the weekend you want, book it quick! Coastal Charm is a 1960’s bungalow reimagined. Vaulted ceilings throughout make it feel grand in a petite package. The master bedroom features a grand king sized bed, with an elegant claw foot tub and sink with a toilet room. A chandelier in the bath area provides a nice touch. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with 2 twin XL beds for the kids. There is another twin that can be lowered from the wall if needed for more sleeping arrangements. The hall bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet, sink and a hidden away washer and dryer, should you need it during your stay. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. There is a cooktop and a convection oven/microwave. The dining room table is setup for 4, but there is a leaf to expand it if needed. Living room features 2 couches for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside, there is plenty of seating around the 180 degree deck, with deck chairs on the south side for tanning away from the sand, and sitting areas on the other 2 sides to enjoy the multiple views off the deck in every direction. You can see the gulf and jetty from the deck, and it’s always a thrill to watch the ships come in and out of the jetty. Downstairs is a large shaded area under the house with several seating areas so you can always find a breeze and some shade. There is a fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs along with a large picnic table, and there is also seating towards the back yard. The yard is fully fenced, front and back, to keep the children or pets in. It is a great area to chill and relax anytime of the day. There is an outdoor shower, which is great for rinsing off all the sand and sweat from the beach, but in reality, it’s our favorite place to shower in the spring, summer, and fall.

Welcome to your beach hide away! RV Park is one block from the beach. Cute 2019 Starcraft Launch is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Spend the day at the beach and relax in the evening with our complimentary bottle of in the ocean breeze. Sip your morning coffee while you enjoy a beach sunrise.

Queen bed with fold out couch, can sleep up to four. Comes equipped with Roku TV, coffee maker, stove, range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, pots, pans, utensils, small bathroom and shower. All necessities are covered. Gift bag included with each stay!

The whole RV is yours! The only area you are you cannot access is the lower storage in the bottom front of the trailer. The RV does have a bathroom and shower, larger showers and coin operated laundry are available at the parks main office. There are also vending machines located at the main office.

1. Cleaning fee covers the cleaning and sanitizing after every guest. Being so close to the beach it is possible you may find a small amount of sand despite our best efforts to keep it out.

2. It is important to us that you enjoy the space we provide and want you to return. Send us a message if you have any questions or suggestions.

3. All city water on the island of Surfside Beach is not drinkable. We have a filter on the city water to the RV but do not drink or cook with it. It is ok to wash with. You can fill containers with drinking water for free at the city municipal building a few blocks away.

4. RV water is very HOT, please be careful.

The outside shower is located on the outside wall opposite the front door.

The Surf Station Bunk House is a spacious apartment above the Surfside Surf Station, an authentic Surf shop. The building once housed the SSVFD so it is a spacious loft style apartment with a large parking lot, perfect for multiple guests, boats, or trailers.

The entire upper floor is a private apartment with no other residence living on the property. There is a backyard with seating to grill and enjoy the outdoors.

Great family friendly neighborhood that's just a short walk to the beach. Our surf shop located below has lots of great beach accessories, and clothing. We rent surfboards, SUP'S, and bodyboards as well as offer surf lessons, which is great for the whole family. Guests will receive one Free Surfboard Rental as well as one 10% off coupon from the Surfside Surf Station.

This small but mighty beach pad is near Jetty Park with fishing pier, fun to watch shipping channel, pedestrian beach and well-loved Jetty Shack bar and grill! It is ready for your perfect extended weekend getaway or weeklong island escape!

Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.

After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
