Welcome to the Phoenix Star!

This 3700 square foot home sits on one acre of wooded land. It offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to town and local attractions. Phoenixville is a wonderful town with great dining and entertainment. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape or easy access to nearby wedding venues and events, this property truly offers the best of both worlds.

The expansive back porch is my favorite part of the home. It is very peaceful to sit back and relax as you listen to the birds sing and feel a world away from your worries. The master bedroom and living room both have sliding glass doors to the porch. Beautiful mountain like views can be see from these rooms as well, especially in the winter when the leaves are off of the trees. A grill is located on the far end of the porch. A heat lamp is also provided in the cooler seasons.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a double oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, small blender, dishwasher, and toaster. Coffee, both regular and decaf, is provided. We also have a water cooler machine that provides bottled water for drinking that has options for hot, cold or lukewarm water. Great for making hot tea which is also provided.

The dinning room has a large table that seats 8 people. There is also a smaller table which is a great place to play a game, do a puzzle or have your morning coffee. If you bring over the two chairs from the smaller table you can fit 10 there.

The bedrooms are spacious and two of them provide king size beds. Two have queen size beds and the 5th bedroom has two twins. There is also a new gym room with a full size couch bed.

Ample parking is available in the spacious driveway. The driveway consists of a long sloped path down to a large bottom area by the house.

Our conference center and hotel is located in Phoenixville, PA thirty minutes outside of Philadelphia. Property is located two miles from Valley Forge National Park and four miles from King of Prussia where plentiful restaurants and shopping can be found.

- "This is going to be difficult because there are some good things in some things that are not so good. The communication with the host was not easy. At the beginning when we were communicating via email it was so so. Then when we got there and saw no one around, and we did not know where our key was to the room or the room number I tried to contact him or her, we didn’t see a phone # available or absolutely any soul around to talk to. Finally, my daughter open a folder that we found,on a “ front desk”, We saw that was for us, and it said room 420, I believe. We tried to go to the fourth floor. When you enter the elevator, you could go to G, 1,2 so we told them maybe from two we have to take another elevator. Well, no, we were supposed to get out into but the numbers on the rooms were three then we walked to the right on small hall open the door went downstairs for about 10 steps and then there were rooms with number 4 . In other words very very, very confusing. Like I said at the beginning very difficult to figure out where the room was because there was absolutely no want to explain all of this situation of elevator and stories with numbers that didn’t make any sense. Also, I couldn’t stay there on the first day because I never found, Key to my room. Talking to the gentleman the next day he told me.” The key was in your room” I have been in 20 countries around the world, and this is the very first time in my life that the key inside the room. The room was clean and, neat."

The main floor (2nd level) is a large open floor space. Dining room (table holds 8) and bar faces the backyard. Kitchen and seated island separate the space to the living room and working desk.

All three bedrooms are on the top floor. Master bedroom overlooks the backyard, has in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower for guest to use. Queen bed.

Second and third BRs share hallway accessed bathroom with step in tub/shower. Queen bed BR has accessible closet, Two twin bed BR has accessible closet.

W/D are located on third floor as well.

This is a three floor unit where the bottom floor is separated from the top two. Guests will access the unit through the front door and up the stairs. It is a private entrance. Owner resides in bottom unit two days per week and accesses via the driveway entrance. This may require parking coordination if the guest arrives with multiple vehicles.

It is located in North Phoenixeville on a dead end street. It is an adjoined townhouse but not in a development.

Note: we are located near an active train track so please consider when inquiring.

Most walk the tracks to cut down time to get to Bridge St but walking the road takes about 15 min, 2 min drive.

Please note that the unit is located near active freight railroad tracks. Our three generation family lived in the space throughout the summer and had no issues and I`m a light sleeper. I wouldn`t recommend sleeping with windows open during summer months unless you`re a particularly sound sleeper.
No shoes are allowed beyond the foyer/entryway of the home.

Towels and linens should be removed and placed in/near washing machine upon checkout.

Dishes should be placed in washer and turned on upon checkout.

Remove all food from refrigerator.

Remove garbage and recyclables from bins and place in cans outside.

There is a private driveway for off-street parking but please note that the owner may be onsite two (2) days/evenings during the work week at the bottom floor unit. This may require parking coordination if the guest arrives with multiple vehicles.

During our stay we had a question, and we found the owners very helpful. We loved and enjoyed our vacation time in this home and would rent it again!"

We could not have asked for a more responsive owner or a better place to enjoy our time together. The bedrooms were all clean, well appointed, and the towels and bedding were all good quality and plentiful. There was plenty of hot water for many people to shower at the same time. The kitchen was huge with lots of room for meal prep and plenty of storage and seating. There are two refrigerators, a stand-alone freezer, and two wine fridges, so even a large group will have plenty of cold drinks and room to store food. The house is huge with multiple living areas, so there is not only lots of space to be together, but also plenty of space to have some alone time or break up into smaller groups. If you have children, there were multiple portable cribs and a high chair. The house is big enough and designed in such a way that kids can nap or sleep undisturbed while the adults play games and socialize. I can’t say enough about the outside space. Beautiful pool, large hot tub, and gorgeous landscaped grounds where you can play lawn games, disc golf, football, or just sit back and enjoy the birds and the view. There is plenty of seating on the patio and around the pool and a new outdoor gas grill to barbecue. The house is far enough away from neighbors that you can have privacy and socialize without disturbi"

- "Stairs to attic bedroom sooo steep and narrow, they need a warning. AC working overtime could not cool down attic room, bathroom was unbearable. We requested a box fan but were denied. There was a half roll of toilet paper and no more. Kitchen dirty, leftover stuff from other folks, as well as debris from repairs. Does inexpensive mean sub-standard for Vrbo now. Never again. Aavoid this place." - "Over half of the main room was not usable because of the sloped walls , if you are taller then 5'3" you can't stand up and go to the bathroom!"
