Welcome to the Phoenix Star!

This 3700 square foot home sits on one acre of wooded land. It offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to town and local attractions. Phoenixville is a wonderful town with great dining and entertainment. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape or easy access to nearby wedding venues and events, this property truly offers the best of both worlds.

The expansive back porch is my favorite part of the home. It is very peaceful to sit back and relax as you listen to the birds sing and feel a world away from your worries. The master bedroom and living room both have sliding glass doors to the porch. Beautiful mountain like views can be see from these rooms as well, especially in the winter when the leaves are off of the trees. A grill is located on the far end of the porch. A heat lamp is also provided in the cooler seasons.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a double oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, small blender, dishwasher, and toaster. Coffee, both regular and decaf, is provided. We also have a water cooler machine that provides bottled water for drinking that has options for hot, cold or lukewarm water. Great for making hot tea which is also provided.

The dinning room has a large table that seats 8 people. There is also a smaller table which is a great place to play a game, do a puzzle or have your morning coffee. If you bring over the two chairs from the smaller table you can fit 10 there.

The bedrooms are spacious and two of them provide king size beds. Two have queen size beds and the 5th bedroom has two twins. There is also a new gym room with a full size couch bed.

Ample parking is available in the spacious driveway. The driveway consists of a long sloped path down to a large bottom area by the house.

This home is also set up well for families. Some amenities include:

Our conference center and hotel is located in Phoenixville, PA thirty minutes outside of Philadelphia. Property is located two miles from Valley Forge National Park and four miles from King of Prussia where plentiful restaurants and shopping can be found.

- "This is going to be difficult because there are some good things in some things that are not so good. The communication with the host was not easy. At the beginning when we were communicating via email it was so so. Then when we got there and saw no one around, and we did not know where our key was to the room or the room number I tried to contact him or her, we didn’t see a phone # available or absolutely any soul around to talk to. Finally, my daughter open a folder that we found,on a “ front desk”, We saw that was for us, and it said room 420, I believe. We tried to go to the fourth floor. When you enter the elevator, you could go to G, 1,2 so we told them maybe from two we have to take another elevator. Well, no, we were supposed to get out into but the numbers on the rooms were three then we walked to the right on small hall open the door went downstairs for about 10 steps and then there were rooms with number 4 . In other words very very, very confusing. Like I said at the beginning very difficult to figure out where the room was because there was absolutely no want to explain all of this situation of elevator and stories with numbers that didn’t make any sense. Also, I couldn’t stay there on the first day because I never found, Key to my room. Talking to the gentleman the next day he told me.” The key was in your room” I have been in 20 countries around the world, and this is the very first time in my life that the key inside the room. The room was clean and, neat."

The main floor (2nd level) is a large open floor space. Dining room (table holds 8) and bar faces the backyard. Kitchen and seated island separate the space to the living room and working desk.

All three bedrooms are on the top floor. Master bedroom overlooks the backyard, has in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower for guest to use. Queen bed.

Second and third BRs share hallway accessed bathroom with step in tub/shower. Queen bed BR has accessible closet, Two twin bed BR has accessible closet.

W/D are located on third floor as well.

This is a three floor unit where the bottom floor is separated from the top two. Guests will access the unit through the front door and up the stairs. It is a private entrance. Owner resides in bottom unit two days per week and accesses via the driveway entrance. This may require parking coordination if the guest arrives with multiple vehicles.

It is located in North Phoenixeville on a dead end street. It is an adjoined townhouse but not in a development.

Note: we are located near an active train track so please consider when inquiring.

Most walk the tracks to cut down time to get to Bridge St but walking the road takes about 15 min, 2 min drive.

Please note that the unit is located near active freight railroad tracks. Our three generation family lived in the space throughout the summer and had no issues and I`m a light sleeper. I wouldn`t recommend sleeping with windows open during summer months unless you`re a particularly sound sleeper.
No shoes are allowed beyond the foyer/entryway of the home.

Towels and linens should be removed and placed in/near washing machine upon checkout.

Dishes should be placed in washer and turned on upon checkout.

Remove all food from refrigerator.

Remove garbage and recyclables from bins and place in cans outside.

There is a private driveway for off-street parking but please note that the owner may be onsite two (2) days/evenings during the work week at the bottom floor unit. This may require parking coordination if the guest arrives with multiple vehicles.

During our stay we had a question, and we found the owners very helpful. We loved and enjoyed our vacation time in this home and would rent it again!"

We could not have asked for a more responsive owner or a better place to enjoy our time together. The bedrooms were all clean, well appointed, and the towels and bedding were all good quality and plentiful. There was plenty of hot water for many people to shower at the same time. The kitchen was huge with lots of room for meal prep and plenty of storage and seating. There are two refrigerators, a stand-alone freezer, and two wine fridges, so even a large group will have plenty of cold drinks and room to store food. The house is huge with multiple living areas, so there is not only lots of space to be together, but also plenty of space to have some alone time or break up into smaller groups. If you have children, there were multiple portable cribs and a high chair. The house is big enough and designed in such a way that kids can nap or sleep undisturbed while the adults play games and socialize. I can’t say enough about the outside space. Beautiful pool, large hot tub, and gorgeous landscaped grounds where you can play lawn games, disc golf, football, or just sit back and enjoy the birds and the view. There is plenty of seating on the patio and around the pool and a new outdoor gas grill to barbecue. The house is far enough away from neighbors that you can have privacy and socialize without disturbi"

There is street parking available on our one-way street, often in front of the house or nearby, but not always. If parking in front of the house is unavailable, you can usually find parking within a block of the AirBnB.

When you walk into PhoenixVilla, you’ll be greeted with large beautiful black and white photographs of the town (taken by us!) A big, comfortable sectional with deep cushions and soft pillows faces toward a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube TV, Disney+, and more (bring your login!). There is also a two-person counter height dining set which can be used as a workspace or for additional seating to the main dining area. Check out the coat closet with lots of games available!

Step up to the fully stocked eat-in kitchen with stunning gray granite countertops. Appliances include dishwasher, gas stove and oven, fridge and freezer with filtered water line, microwave, toaster, and there’s also two types of coffee experiences (drip or Keurig). Don’t forget to leave your mark on the giant chalkboard wall in the Kitchen – **Tell us where you’re visiting from!**

We also stock salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to whip up a great meal - utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, good knives, and much more! The dining room table has room to comfortably seat six people, while the raised table in the Living Room has space for two more – to make certain there is casual and dining space for the eight guest occupancy at the AirBnB.

Walk into the hallway and you’ll find a FULL bathroom with a shower with tub plus a beautiful skylight. It’s stocked with all the comforts of home - fluffy towels, tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Continue on the original hardwood floors and 3 bedrooms await you!

Bedroom #1 has a king-sized bed with all new bedding, a cozy navy blue accent wall, and lights that give off a peaceful glow. Check the closet, where you’ll find lots of room for clothing and a luggage tray to put your bag on. There is a dresser to store clothes and a long mirror. Additionally you’ll find room darkening curtains for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds, each sporting two twin-sized beds (4 beds total) with new bedding, dresser, and a pack-n-play in the closet.

Walk down the staircase in the rear of the house to Bedroom #3. Note that our home is from 1900 so the stairway is rather thin and low so please watch your head.

Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with all new bedding, as well as a dedicated workspace with a comfy chair. There is a dresser to store clothes and a long mirror. You’ll also find a FULL bathroom attached with a pedestal sink and standard shower stall. You’ll also have an LG front-load washer & dryer tower for laundry.

Walk out of bedroom #3 and enjoy your fenced, private courtyard with patio adorned with string lights for added ambience. Outside, there is a picnic table for eight as well as a smaller round table and two chairs. Enjoy the propane gas grill for those grill masters! The courtyard is the perfect place to relax and make memories after a long day!

This charming house has forced air heating and cooling in all rooms with a Nest Smart thermostat in the main hallway.

Also has a kitchenette ,combo washer dryer,jetted tub , twin bed and also a futon there are some low areas especially the door going to the bathroom don't recommend it for someone who is over 6 ft tall ,the shower is short also but if you could deal with it you just got a disclaimer now it's a tile bathroom.

Kitchenette you have a new wave cooktop,Microwave, NuWave toaster oven and a small refrigerator see photos. This is the owner's accommodation and is being rented out whenever he's not there so only certain dates would apply. My place is within walking distance from the Kimberton Village, which is home to a local family owned whole foods store and top quality restaurants. We are also a short drive from Phoenixville and Valley Forge Historic National Park; within an hour to Philadelphia. King of Prussia is 20+ minutes drive. There are many free state, county and township parks in the area.

You will need your own transportation. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers.

During your stay
Typically we will be here to greet you when you arrive. We have two small young dogs. They are lovable but rather enthusiastic with new people. And being good watch dogs, they will bark when you come in. But with a little attention, they quiet down rather quickly. They use a doggy door that leads to the deck/back yard during the day. We restrict their access to the back yard when the ground is muddy. During the day and early evening, they have access to the sitting room. Then we restrict their access to the back half of the house where your bedroom is. They will never enter your bedroom/bath. Our interaction with guests is minimal. We’re here but will leave you alone. We are “early to bed, early to rise” people so we respectfully ask that our guest return in the evening by 9:30PM (because of the dogs barking). Business folks who are just looking for a place to bunk at night are ideally suited for our place.

Other things to note
Our guests consistently note that they get a good night’s sleep. With the new addition of the two dogs, we provide ear plugs to our guests. The dogs sleep through the night, but tend to be early risers. There is a laptop desk in the room, which can be used to work or to eat dinner. Room is ideally suited to the business traveler who is not here during the day.

Your bedroom is on the main floor and a private full bathroom is located just across the hall. The bedroom is spacious, cozy and clean, with luxury vinyl plank flooring, a small closet with extra storage space, and two windows provide lots of natural daylight.

Furnishings include a desk, nightstand, bookshelf, blackout curtains, a comfortable full size bed w/Sealy mattress topper, mattress and pillow protectors, a 5-drawer dresser, floor lamps, TV, remote ceiling fan w/light, and a window A/C unit (seasonal).

About The Household: My partner and I occupy one bedroom located on the second floor. We love hosting guests from all corners of the world. It is through these hosting experiences we can learn so much from one another; be it via a shared house meal or just hanging around storytelling.

In November 2023 we adopted a very sweet and cuddly adult Tonkinese cat named Beemster (named after the cheese!). He’s an indoor cat with fluffy short hair and is oh so friendly and social!

This is a very nice size room in a very nice neighborhood. It has a queen size bed with allergen mattress and pillow covers. The room has a very nice size closet, a desk and a chair and a ceiling fan.

The house is quiet, very clean and only 1.2 miles to the Oaks Expo Center.

The space
You can use the kitchen and the dining room. Guests have a separate refrigerator and are allowed to use the microwave but no cooking is allowed. The refrigerator is shared with 3 guests. The full bathroom on the second floor is shared by the two other individuals.

The family room, the office and the backyard are private for the host and her family.

The cleaning fee is for the initial check in. The room will be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized, you will get clean sheets and clean towels when you first check in. The shared bathroom is cleaned once a week. If you'd like your room to be cleaned weekly, there will be additional fees after the first month.

You're also welcome to park on 4th Ave and use the walkway on the side of our house to access the studio.

Other things to note
This small studio is right on Nutt Rd, one of several main roads that runs through Phoenixville. The perks of the location: it's fantastic access by car to any local destination and a 15 minute walk from downtown. The drawback is that it's a busy street, so be aware that road noise is a factor while staying here (foot-traffic is very light).

The private cottage has been professionally decorated in a modern, Scandi style and is just the right size for 1-4 guests. It’s perfect for one or two couples. All rooms are located on the first floor and include an eat in kitchen, living room with plenty of seating and smart TV. There are two bedrooms, each with one queen size bed and they share one full bath with walk-in shower. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you’d need to create a meal. There's an outdoor table with umbrella and seating for 4 privately tucked along the side of the house. Beautiful flowers bloom in the front yard along the stone wall. Along the driveway, we have a 240V 50amp outlet for EV charging or camper plug-in. You will need to supply your own cable/charger that plugs into a 240V 50amp outlet.

While the cottage is generally quiet, you may experience occasional traffic noise associated with the location. 2. We kindly request that your dogs are house-trained and have their vaccinations up to date. No exceptions, even for the most charming pups!
3. Paws up! Please don't leave your dogs alone in the AirBnB for too long. We understand short breaks are sometimes necessary, but extended doggy solitude is a no-no. Need a dog-sitting hookup? Just bark at us in advance, and we'll fetch you some recommendations.
4. Sorry, puppers, no couch surfing allowed! Our furniture is off-limits, including beds and sofas. But don't worry, we've got cozy pet-friendly bedding and blankets for your dog's lounging needs.

This property is in the center of town, but two blocks removed from the busyness of Bridge Street. This unit is only 1 year old after this former commercial building underwent a full conversion to apartments in 2023 and was transformed into Phoenixville's newest boutique apartment building. Unique setup in that every unit has its own exterior access either at grade level or from the catwalk. There are no shared hallways to walk through. Parking is onsite and you can walk to everything in town!

Located one half block from Bridge St and one block from the Schuylkill River. 2 Parking spots behind the house are yours to use. Enjoy new kitchen and updated bathrooms and 3 Smart TV's with basic cable, Paramount Plus provided. Fully air conditioned with private patio in the back. Pets ok with $75 fee per pet. Perfect location for the guests of nearby wedding venues!
