We have honey bees at the very bottom of the property where the creek is- approximately 500 yards. We have 5 star reviews from other sites and we are trying out VRBO as well. Lake ConRoy's Game Junction is the ultimate hang out! This quaint accommodation is a sweet place to stay offering tons of fun w/ a pool table, shuffle board, a bowling game, etc. along with a kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area, and two huge TVs. We've recently added a bedroom with queen bed and tv. Plus we have a queen murphy bed that sleeps 1-2 and a sofa bed in the common area. And just outside your door, you can play sand volleyball, grill, and chill-lax around a little fire pit. Conveniently located w/in 1 mile of historic downtown Montgomery and 10 minutes from Lake Conroe.

We're located near the railroad just south of historic Montgomery, which offers a sweet, nostalgic feel to the experience. Living quarters is basically one giant room as seen in photos with a cute sitting area, a high top table near shuffle board, a kitchenette, a workstation from which the Murphy Bed unfolds out onto the floor near the bathroom, and a sofa bed. Bedding and pillows for Murphy Bed and Sofa Bed are located in sealed tubs beneath shuffle board table. We've recently added a bedroom with a Queen size bed. Oh, and the bathroom does have a door, just to be clear. :-) This space is the ultimate hang-out.

The kitchenette is stocked with essentials to prepare meals using a microwave, which is also an air fryer, a toaster, a counter-top double burner cooktop and a counter-top griddle. Plus the grill just outside the entrance is a gas or charcoal grill with a griddle option off to side.

This unit is located on a property along with two other rental units, so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. The entire property (3 units, including this game room accommodation) will comfortably sleep up to 20 guests, and one of the other properties has a swimming pool!

- "For starters let me say I enjoyed my stay. The place was cute, clean and worked for what I needed. However, the listed is advertised as “entire house” it is not. It would be better classified as an apartment within a home with a private entrance. Secondly, the development is under construction still so if you want to hear crews of workers putting on siding and roofs at 7 am this is the spot for you. That problem will work its self out once construction is complete. Lastly dogs, the host has dogs which is understandable since the ad says dog friendly. What I wasn’t prepared for was 6am barking to commence and not stop for hours, no on tries to quiet them they just bark, I’m sure this is due to all the construction and people moving around outside. Again that problem will work itself out once the development construction is complete. All and all a nice stay. Define not peaceful or relaxing as advertised. "

We are in the Texas so there are bugs and critters around. We have routine pest control services performed regularly. We recommend keeping the doors closed when not in use, to keep things from flying in, but if you experience any unwanted visitors let us know and will do our best to assist with getting them out.

Country relaxing with shade! This renovated vintage camper is one of many glamping listings at our camp. It has a kitchen table that turns into a full bed and also a pull-out full couch, full bath with shower/sink/toilet, full kitchen, small stand-up charcoal grill, 4 chairs and a private fire ring. It is near our Courtyard area, with easy access to the cowboy pool for use. Tent campers or others in small campers may be in the vicinity. No Class A RV's or generators allowed in the camp.

We are 7 miles from the infamous Texas Renaissance Festival, and there are vineyards nearby with live music. Come have some fun!

Parking at the site is available for 2 vehicles, one on gravel parking and you are welcome to park a second vehicle at the cabin as well in the grass. Parking at the site is available for 2 vehicles. There is overflow guest parking in another area. The cabin has a queen bed, a queen pull-out couch and a queen blow up mattress.

An outdoor shower house with hot and cold water is also available as well in case needed, as well as port-a-potties and potable water from hose is on-site too. And don't miss our cowboy pool for your enjoyment!

Fiber wifi is available throughout the Courtyard, near this camper. (Not so "primitive", haaaa.)

We love dogs. They are family! Absolutely bring them with you, just be sure to keep them leashed or on a tie out, and pick up after them. Plenty of shade.

We are surrounded by farms and ranches. It's authentic country... And because of that, FYI, you may hear birds and squirrels in the treetops, or a farm dog or cow... or a coyote, or a train in the distance (the famous Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway which has been running through Plantersville since the 1800's, but thankfully not near the camp).

On separate listings, additional cabins and vintage RV's and glamp tents are available, as well as tent/RV hook-up sites with electric, and dispersed, primitive camping for both tent and RV camping (dry). We are 7 miles from the infamous Texas Renaissance Festival, and there are vineyards nearby with live music. Come have some fun!

There is a blow-up queen bed and bedding available in the cabin to sleep an additional 2 people so it will sleep 4. It has a fully enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, mini-fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, hot plate, coffee pot, as well as a front porch with a small stand-up charcoal grill, 2 Adirondack chairs and a table. Lights are on dimmers.

Parking at the site is available for 1 vehicle on gravel parking and you are welcome to park a second vehicle at the cabin as well in the grass. There is overflow guest parking in another area. The cabin has a king bed, and a blow up queen mattress for use if needed.

An outdoor shower house with hot and cold water is also available as well in case needed, as well as port-a-potties and potable water from hose is on-site too. And don't miss our cowboy pool for your enjoyment!

Fiber wifi is available throughout the Courtyard, but may be spotty in this cabin. You will get it in the Courtyard though!

We love dogs. They are family! Absolutely bring them with you, just be sure to keep them leashed or on a tie out, and pick up after them. Plenty of shade.

We are surrounded by farms and ranches. It's authentic country... And because of that, FYI, you may hear birds and squirrels in the treetops, or a farm dog or cow... or a coyote, or a train in the distance (the famous Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway which has been running through Plantersville since the 1800's, but thankfully not near the camp).

On separate listings, additional cabins and vintage RV's and glamp tents are available, as well as tent/RV hook-up sites with electric, and dispersed, primitive camping for both tent and RV camping (dry). Into stargazing? Then hanging out in The Courtyard is for you. Want to immerse yourself in The Woods? Our dreamy forest and soft fairy lights are sure to delight.

Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath Country Cottage with 2 queen beds each having hotel quality bedding. A large newly renovated kitchen, complete with pots, pans, dishes and all cooking utensils. Stainless steel appliances. Living room has a beautiful leather sofa and loveseat to relax at the end of a long day. This pet friendly home is ready for nightly rentals. Located 3 miles from the Texas Renaissance Festival and 15 minutes from Magnolia, this is the perfect place to put your feet up!

The space
With this little country home, the kitchen is the show! Updated appliances and quartz counters make preparing meals a joy. This was designed to allow multiple people to move and cook together comfortably. The cozy living room is great for snuggling up to enjoy a movie, and the bedrooms are quiet and relaxing.

Guest access
There are multiple small decks to sit out and enjoy the evening air. The property is 2.5acres, so feel free to walk around. After dark, you'll notice the "fairy lights" around the property, outlining the boundaries. There is a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer available for use.

Other things to note
While this is a pet friendly home, all pets must be announced in advance. A $50 deposit/fee will be needed to cover cleaning costs. The renter will be responsible for any damages outside of that. If you have any questions, please let me know!
