The house has many living areas so people can have common and separate spaces to relax and work.
The inside has all the amenities but its the great layout and space inside, and outside 3 tier deck, concrete and grass play areas and easy access to local rivers and lakes that makes the house such a hit with its visitors.
The entire house is rented except for the Master Bedroom, Basement, Office and Garage which will remain locked.
The basement unit has its own entrance and its own driveway. The basement is a separate living area with NO shared space and locked shared doors to the main house. This space may be used by the owner partially or in full during your stay. The owner will have no access to the main part of the house. If you do not want the owner staying in the basement, please message him prior to booking. If you want to book the basement then please contact me about the additional fees, I can always make this space available for you.

My 1700+ sf home consists of a Master Suite and 2 other bedrooms. You will have access to the other two bedrooms which are furnished as pictured. Each has a queen size bed. The Ceramic full bath is adjacent to the Guest Bedroom. A 1/2 bath, with pedestal sink and toilet is adjacent to the laundry room in the lower level. An Xtra long twin air mattress, pump and bedding is available for 4th guest if the 2 queen beds aren't adequate for your party. The eat-in kitchen boasts newer white kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances. All flooring on the main level is vinyl/laminate and the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have hardwood flooring.
