We stayed for 9 days without a car. The bed is very comfy with a nice comforter. Washer/Dryer work great! Israel supplies laundry soap and dryer sheets. Soap in the shower, and the shower is beautiful. Highly recommend for your DC vacation!"

- "No frills, no issues, perfect little place to crash for a night in DC." - "Nice place to stay for a night!" - "Enjoyable stay just a little warm inside, but overall a good place for a couple. The shower was great!" - "The apartment itself is great. I had a good short stay. It is quiet, clean, and appears to have been renovated recently. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The neighborhood is fine. It’s residential and quiet but out of the way for Ubers, so there were some longer wait times for rides. The biggest issue was the lack of communication for accessing the apartment. Firstly, I had to request the access code on the day of my arrival because it was not sent to me. Arriving at the address, I didn’t see a basement entrance as photographed and, since the houses share walls, you can’t simply walk around the house to the back. I didn’t have a phone number for the property owner so I spent almost an hour on the phone with Vrbo customer support to find out how to get in. The trick was to walk around the block and go down the back alley — but there are no property numbers at the back of the houses so it was quite nerve wracking, especially in the dark, to finally locate the right place. The back of the house did not look like a Vrbo property - pretty messy with boxes and old furniture stored outside - but, once finally inside it was great and my frustration dissipated. All this can be fixed by providing clear access info upfront and tidying up around the back door. "

Hop on our cute free Old Town trolley (one block away) to King St Metro and take the Blue or Yellow metro line into DC. We are also bike-friendly and have a bike trail steps from Cameron House to the National Mall, and even to Mount Vernon – the estate where George Washington lived.

This five-star bedroom with attached bath (with the Superhost hospitality to match), continues to be the premiere choice for guests relocating temporarily and permanently to DC. Whether this is your first time or your 50th time here, let me be the first to say, "Welcome and congrats on the opportunities that lie ahead!"

The space
En Suite Washingtonian really was made with you in mind. It is clean, quiet, comfortable yet stylish, and relaxing yet secured with a key lock - everything I'd want away from home and thus designed for you!

BEDROOM
Near the entry is a Roku-ready flat screen TV and gigabit WIFI. Just below it is a mid-century modern dresser for personal storage.

The adjacent wall has a large closet that includes a clothes hamper, luggage racking, iron and ironing board, velvet hangers, and extra bedding and blankets - and the closet is still deep enough for your clothes, luggage and just about anything else!

Just in front of the closet is my personal favorite - the purple bench. It's small enough not to overcrowd the space and yet comfortable enough to lounge on to watch TV. Speaking of "in front of the closet" you have a deep blue bed with a plush 13" memory foam mattress and luxury bedding, a small dresser with a warm bedside lamp to your left and a slim, vertical workspace to your right. Your workspace comes with a comfy aqua blue chair and has with plenty of space for your laptop and handheld devices.

BATH
The interior door opens into a large Jack and Jill bathroom, equipped with a tub and stand-up shower with an arched curtain rod and excellent water pressure, linen closet and storage under the vanity and a medicine cabinet behind the side mirror. As with the bedding, you have two sets of luxury bath towels.

Your linen closet also has all your essentials - body wash, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kit, toilet paper, hair dryer and diffuser - including spray starch!

Your vanity includes antibacterial hand soap and disinfecting wipes, laundry detergent, bleach tabs, and cleaning tools and products.

The space
In three words En Suite Petite is nothing short of tiny but mighty. Equipped with everything you could want in a private room within a small footprint, The Mini En Suite gives you maximum creature comforts without breaking the budget.

The front door entry to the townhome is virtually private (since I come and go through the garage) and is the only bedroom on the first floor. The interior locks and direct access to the attached Jack and Jill bathroom also gives you maximum privacy.

BEDROOM
The room is equipped with a flat screen TV, loaded with cable, DVR, and Roku. On the opposite end of the guestroom is a slim, vertical workspace with plenty of space for you laptop and handheld devices. There is also a variety of books on top of the workspace for when you just want to unwind. Your linen closet also has all your essentials - body wash, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kit, toilet paper, hair dryer and diffuser - including spray starch!

Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
