- "This apt was recently upgraded and everything was new and in working order. A 5 minute walk to the BallPark Metro stop. Lots of restaurants withing 10 minute walk. The Nationals ballpark is a 5 minute walk. Israel answers emails in less than 5 minutes if you have a question. A very secure, clean apt within 10 minute walk of anything. No car needed. We stayed for 9 days without a car. The bed is very comfy with a nice comforter. Washer/Dryer work great! Israel supplies laundry soap and dryer sheets. Soap in the shower, and the shower is beautiful. Highly recommend for your DC vacation!"

- "No frills, no issues, perfect little place to crash for a night in DC." - "Nice place to stay for a night!" - "Enjoyable stay just a little warm inside, but overall a good place for a couple. The shower was great!" - "The apartment itself is great. I had a good short stay. It is quiet, clean, and appears to have been renovated recently. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The neighborhood is fine. It’s residential and quiet but out of the way for Ubers, so there were some longer wait times for rides. The biggest issue was the lack of communication for accessing the apartment. Firstly, I had to request the access code on the day of my arrival because it was not sent to me. Arriving at the address, I didn’t see a basement entrance as photographed and, since the houses share walls, you can’t simply walk around the house to the back. I didn’t have a phone number for the property owner so I spent almost an hour on the phone with Vrbo customer support to find out how to get in. The trick was to walk around the block and go down the back alley — but there are no property numbers at the back of the houses so it was quite nerve wracking, especially in the dark, to finally locate the right place. The back of the house did not look like a Vrbo property - pretty messy with boxes and old furniture stored outside - but, once finally inside it was great and my frustration dissipated. All this can be fixed by providing clear access info upfront and tidying up around the back door. "
