The apartment area has a fenced in patio for your use. The yard outside of the patio area is not available for guest use.

Pet waste is to be disposed of in pet waste bags and left in the outside waste cans.

If staying with children, be sure to message and let me know if there are any amenities you will need. Most are available upon request - including pack and play, baby monitor, etc).

Dogs live here, gates to property and apartment area must be closed at all times.

Absolutely no illegal substances or activity of any kind.

This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood - we require that you are respectful of our neighbors. Quiet from 10pm - 8am.

If you or any person in your party breaches any of these house rules, you will be asked to leave immediately, you forfeit the remainder of your stay and you forfeit your right to leave a review.

Living Room: when you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by a cozy family room with a super comfy couch. The living room also offers a flat-screen smart tv to allow you to login to all your favorite streaming services during your stay.

Living Room: off of the kitchen you will find the 2nd larger family room. Kick back and relax in comfy leather reclining chairs. Enjoy the large smart tv surrounded by family and friends.

Upstairs King 1 BR : upstairs you will find the larger bedroom. This bedroom has a king size memory foam bed full furnished with Samsung smart tv. Plenty of natural sunlight with our favorite woozoo fan.

Main Floor 2 BR: off of the large living room, there are two bedrooms. 1 bedroom features a full size bed furnished with smart tv and tons of closet space. 2nd bedroom features 2 memory foam twin beds, vanity and large closet space.

Upstairs Office: Upstairs to the left you will find the office. Two comfortable desks with plenty of space to conquer that conference call on the call.

Bathrooms: our home offers two full bathrooms. One bathroom on each side of the house. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels (10 sets total in the house), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Patio: off the back of the house you will have full access to a fenced in private backyard, dining area and comfy hammock in summer months.

EV Charger: there is an EV charger on the property. If you would like to request use of the EV charger please include in your note for reservation.

Laundry: washer and dryer available in the basement with enough detergent to start off your stay. Ironing board and iron are also accessible in the double twin bedroom closet for your convenience.

Parking: Free, off-street parking in the driveway. The garage will not be accessible unless EV charging is needed.
Guest access
All areas of the main floor and upper-level of the house are open for guests to use. The downstairs backroom are restricted for housekeeping supplies and will remain locked during your stay.

Our home has three (3) exterior security cameras. One is on the S side facing the back gate/behind garage, one is on the E side facing the driveway/street, and one is a doorbell camera. Our goal is to keep the house safe, while also respecting your privacy.

For your stay, we provide a starter kit for essentials and toiletries:

- One additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom

- "We were all pleased with our accommodations. Everything was exceptionally clean with new appliances and an amazing outdoor space. We had perfect weather and spent most of our time outside. It was the perfect place for us to stay as it was close to the wedding venue." - "We chose this place based on it's proximity to our brother's wedding venue. The pictures really don't grasp how beautiful and well maintained this property is. The backyard had to be our favorite part with the two story patio, bar, fire table and pool. This was where we all got to hang out together every night and it was perfect. It seemed to be a decent neighborhood, only thing I will say is the neighbors were super nosy, the ones across the street had to watch us unpack our cars with great interest, we even called them out on it. We had only one hiccup that is worth mentioning. The light and fan in the in master bedroom are controlled by a remote, there is no switch anywhere for either. Our second night the light would not turn off with the remote. We tried all the various options, changing the batteries, looking for a manual switch but nothing worked. I reached out to the landlord who was extremely prompt to answer, but given the circumstances couldn't do much. I had told her I believed the circuit breaker just need to be flipped to reset the connection. She told me after that this did the trick. My only note, all the tables had the plates and settings staged as you see in the pics. This made us feel like we shouldn't move them but had to in order to use the tables, to eat. Maybe having the plates and such elsewhere would be more ideal? Other than that we had a great stay! This house had space for all of us to spread out and also for us to be together. Would recommend!"

Our home is 2 minutes away from the Long Island Expressway making it easy to get to your favorite destinations on Long Island! The Long Island Railroad is also only 2 miles away in case you want to take a day trip to the Big Apple! MacArthur Airport is a short 10 minute drive from our bungalow and about a 50 minute drive from JFK or LaGuardia Airport. We hope you have a wonderful stay here on Long Island!

This home has 2 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom. The main bedroom has a full size bed, a wardrobe, a closet, full length mirror and A/C unit. The second bedroom has a twin size bed with a closet. The living room has a couch which also has a pull out queen size bed. Linens/pillows/mattress topper are located in the main bedroom closet for the pull out couch. The living room also has an A/C unit which cools down the whole house! The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials as well as the full bathroom! Washer & dryer are included and are located in the basement.

We have made our backyard our own little paradise and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have! The backyard has a dining area for 8, 2 sun loungers, a couch to relax on & a BBQ. It also includes a fire pit area, a hammock & a picnic table! Our yard is spacious and is a great space to enjoy the outdoors with your friends & family on a beautiful day on Long Island!

You will have access to all areas of the house except the attic. The basement is only to use the washer & dryer.

- "We went to check in around 5pm since check in was at 4. Luckily we were able to leave our kids with family while we went to check out the place and unload our luggage. We arrived and parked in the street like we were told and walked to the back around the whole yard on an unfinished path. We had to step over a large roof drain pipe to get to the basement door which was not very safe. We went inside turned on the lights and proceeded to check the rooms to find the floors filthy, crumbs were all over every chair and couch. the sheets for the twin mattress looked like they had a white stain in the center along with white fuzz/animal hair. There was a human hair in the bigger bed on the sheets. The toilet had feces stuck along the inside and we even tried to clean it but it wouldn’t come off. The lights in the bathroom flickered and the shower was dirty. The Kitchen lights never got bright and we made the decision it wasn’t safe for us to bring our kids there. We ultimately left and had to make other last minute arrangements for our stay in NY. "

My home is suitable for couples, solo adventures, and business travelers with use of a full size kitchen and laundry room. This room has a shared bathroom with locks on doors for your privacy. A claw foot bath tub with a shower spray. (a stall shower on the first floor if you like). Host lives in the home with his cat on a bucolic acre .

Exclusive private use of entire indoor pool and pool room, private driveway, 1 bedroom, 1 private bathroom. 5 minute walk to a picnic beach area. Your space includes a mini fridge, microwave, bar, keurig coffee maker, chaise lounges for chilling in all seasons. The pool is used as a wellness cold plunge in the winter months and lap training pool. It is not heated but the entire pool space is exclusive and private. Private side yard with Adirondack chairs, string lights and fire pit.

Private bedroom and bathroom right off the pool room. That entire space will be private use for you to enjoy for the duration of your stay. We live on the property but we do not share any space with you. Beautiful winter water views, incredible architecture and relaxing atmosphere to unwind.
