When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to paying for the stay they tried to charge me $59/per person per night. Everything was communicated but ignored. I even took pics and videos. In return I was giving a late check out with no charge so far who knows."

We cleanse all surfaces, fixtures and furniture twice with a strong virucide disinfectant and fully sanitize prior to each guest arrival.

All common and frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, surfaces, TV remotes and equipment are cleaned with a disinfectant and sanitizer consistently. throughout the day and overnight.

All laundry is done with commercial-grade machines with hot water and fragrance-free detergent. Drying laundry is heated to the highest temperature and tumbled dry for at least 45 minutes.

Our two bedroom apartment has 6 beds: 1 queen-size bed in master bedroom with 50" flat-screen TV, and 2 full-size bunk beds in a second bedroom with twin-size trundle mattress with 43" flat-screen TV. The rental has a private bathroom and comes fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home: a sofa, 65" flat-screen TV, linens, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, pots, pans, plates, glassware, and cutlery. High-speed Wi-Fi, premium apps such as NetFlix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.

**Absolutely no more than two adults is recommended to stay in this unit I can accommodate for children but that’s about it. Additional adult guests will be charged $100. Under no circumstances smoking is prohibited in the unit. There will be fees associated with breaking this rule. This is a Multi-Family home and out of respect for the other residents in the home we strictly enforce this. There’s is absolutely no partying no loud music before 12pm and after 9pm. No congregating in the hallway. If you would like to use the grill in backyard please communicate with me before hand so I can assure it is readily available keep in mind it is a shared space I respond pretty quickly.
