Additionally, you have the convenience of being able to use Uber and Lyft to travel anywhere from here.

- "This place was ideal for us, as it was close to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, where my wife was receiving daily treatments. This apartment is as depicted in the photos. There were nice touches with the towels and and sheets on the bed. All kitchen essential items were there including pots, pans, cookware and utensils, dish soap and sponge. Basics like sugar, tea, coffee, salt and pepper were provided to get started. The place was very clean and the beds are comfortable.The kitchen is small and it was a little inconvenient to have to reach across the stove to put dishes in the dish drainer. The ductless split heater/ac units took a bit of time to warm up the place on the coldest nights, but they worked. The water pressure and hot water is great. The WIFI worked well 90% of the time (a router upgrade might be needed).Overall, we recommend this place. It was perfect for our needs. There is free street parking in front of the building. We did pay for the space right at the back door to the apartment, which really was helpful in our situation. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we needed in the neighborhood. "

This area is mostly occupied by students that go to University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. Also there a many condos/one hotel and with in two blocks of the house.

please be mindful that other people live at the house and try to keep the noise level now and clean up after yourself as much as possible.

Also, please help kitchen clean/common areas clean, i.e. help take the trash out and clean up after yourself after using the common areas. There are cleaning supplies in the common area feel free to utilize them just put them back once you have used them (make sure you empty the vacuum and leave the cleaning supplies just as you have found them please)

This gorgeous sunny room in our 1903 renovated Victorian House in University City is close to UPenn, Drexel, CHOP and HUP and is perfect for long-term or shorter stays. The neighborhood is safe, friendly and hip. And downtown is just minutes away!

This is a big, shared house so you most be okay staying in a community of great people- we do keep quiet hours at night and along with your bedroom there's plenty of common areas for when you do want privacy.

The space
This room is furnished with unique antiques and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The comfy full bed makes for a great night's sleep. There is a desk and storage for your personal belongings. And the entire house itself is a unique visual experience!

During your stay
You'll be living with a pod of 6 other friendly twenty & thirty somethings. They are all working or going to school in the area and are always down for pizza night or movie night.
