Enjoy our 3-bedroom home in beautiful Jasper, Indiana. The house is perfect for families or groups and offers a comfortable stay with all the essentials: 3 spacious bedrooms, separate living and dining rooms, a large kitchen, two porches, backyard and laundry. Explore the best of Southern Indiana from this central location, including nearby attractions like French Lick and West Baden Springs, Patoka Lake, and Holiday World. The house is great for travel sports or longer-term stays.

You will find our house fully equipped for your family. The living room has a large sectional sofa and television. The dining room has a large table that seats six.

There are 3 bedrooms, two upstairs and one down. The upstairs bedrooms have a king bed and two single beds. Downstairs is queen bed. All the rooms have plenty of closet and dresser storage.

The kitchen has a gas stove and range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. It is fully stocked with all of the essentials, i.e. dishes, silverware, pots, pans, baking sheets.

Guests are free to use the washer and dryer in the basement.

The house has a front and back porch with seating and a small, fenced-in yard. There is plentiful street parking in-front of the house and a detached garage in the alley behind.

The house is located in the center of Jasper and is a short walk or drive from local attractions like the downtown square, River Walk, the Jasper Parklands, the Jasper Library and Cultural Center, and historic St. Joseph cathedral. It is also near popular restaurants and coffee shops including Midwest Cafe, the Schnitzelbank, and Snaps.

While there is no central AC, each room had an AC unit along with a large window unit in the hall and we were all very comfortable (and I’m the guy that is always hot). The only thing that could affect some guests is the stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep, so families with young kids or anyone with mobility issues might need to watch that. But overall this place was top-notch. I would not think twice about booking again for another HW trip next summer."

The space
No smoking permitted inside and pets are not allowed. 2 twin air mattresses, Pack N Play, and high chair are available upon request. Sheets and towels are provided for all beds and guest. Access to washer and dryer in basement is available. 2 Adult bikes and 3 small children bikes are in garage.

The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need right down to a pack ‘n play, high chair, and toys for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. Irene was great to communicate with. She responded quickly to questions and was even kind enough to keep an eye out for a lost toy after we left. We would definitely stay here again."

A super fun and clean, newly remodeled basement 2 (Airbnb calls it a 3 BR) BR apartment / suite area with full kitchen, bath and two family room areas, one with two beds that we consider an open third bedroom, is quite comfy.
Our basement Sleeps 9 on one king bed, one queen, one full, daybed for 2 and a couch.
We allows pets and have an outdoor small 10x10 dog pen also available.

Enjoy our entire living areas of basement 1450 sf approx, 2 televisions, outdoor dining table with seating/gas grill/firepit on your private patio at the basement north side / lower entry. Free spacious parking for 3 vehicles on our upper level entry area. Also feel free to walk and explore our back pond and big yard. Two fire pit areas, one is out back and overlooks pond.
Other things to note
We are 6 blocks walking distance to day shopping and evening drinking spots on 4th St. 15-20 min drive to Holiday World.

We are a non-smoking home, if you smoke in our home it is a $500 cleaning fee.

The only negative for my family was that the walkway to the unit is uneven and one of my daughters has cerebral palsy so it was hard for her to walk down it, but we simply walked her around the edge on the grass. (I should also say that when I was looking for a unit I failed to think of this so it's totally on me) We enjoyed our stay so much we gifted our host our blankets."

- "Super cute little cabin. Perfect for small families. Only heads up I’d give is about the stairs. They’re a little narrow and steep, so if you have issues climbing stairs or with your balance, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend. There is a full-size futon in the living area, however, and it is pretty comfy. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Lots of geese around and a herring, too. People around are nice. Quiet area that is patrolled by the county sheriff’s dep. regularly. 10/10 recommend and love this cabin. I would definitely stay again."

- "Well appointed property, clean and well situated to local attractions. The home was clearly recently remodeled and done beautifully. Lots of room both indoors and outdoors and the back deck is great for hanging out and enjoying the view. Roads are not paved, if that’s a concern, the bedroom with a twin bed could use at least a double, but an air mattress is available to use so it takes care of it. Lots of extra towels and sheets, and the complimentary coffee was very nice. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in this area. Communication was stellar!"
