We can tell the owner has been making some nice improvements to the home. Our dogs loves the place and we spent most of our time in the game room wirh our dogs at night. When I asked about using the propane gas grill, the host made sure I found the grill tools. When I inquired about building a bonfire, the host went above and beyond to bring an additional supply of fresh firewood!! This place is perfectly situated for the many activities, museums and outdoor fun anyone would need. A full-size washer and dryer allows you to spend the week and use this as your base station. - "The rental property was great. Two bedrooms nice and spacious. Plenty of parking. It's a pretty quiet area. The only reason it's not a five-star rating is the internet is horrible. The TVs disconnect from the internet every 30 minutes or so and I tried to use the Wi-Fi and could not because it was so slow. Other than that it was a great experience and I would stay again." - "My dog and I stayed at this previously unreviewed property and were pleasantly surprised. Fantastic location, appeared newly renovated and was nicer than comes across in the pictures. For me the most important question is would I stay here again and the answer is absolutely. Overall it was very clean (the one exception to this was the bathroom tub had numerous short hairs in it, everywhere else was spotless). The back location of the apartment eliminates street noise so no problems sleeping. The electronic lock was very convenient once I realized I needed to touch it to reveal the number pad. It's part rustic, part modern in design. The cabin is tucked into the woods. The inside is spacious and open. Queen & twin beds are upstairs—the twin in an open loft. The couch downstairs is very large and nice to sleep on as well. The footprint is 20 feet by 30 feet. The upstairs is about 450 square feet and has a steep stair. The entire place is ~1000 sq feet.
It has a gas oven and full size fridge/freezer.

Other things to note
I will till a garden for the summer of 2022 guest! Warm months are blocked for one guest only for this purpose.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Start your day watching the sun come up over the river. Maybe take your boat and head out on one of the best stretches of the Muskingum River. Or spend the day relaxing in the hammock in the sunroom. Play some Cornhole with our set in the sunroom. Have fire in the riverside fire pit and cook some hotdogs for the kids.

This large home sits on 1.5 acres along the Muskingum River. The fire pit and river access are across the street. The sunroom is a great place to entertain and offers great views of the river. The main room is great for relaxing and watching a movie with family and friends.
