AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I will be further reporting this so that no one else experiences this again. "

The only small thing they needed to add was a bath mat for the tub, it was very slippery, and maybe a small step stool for shorter people to reach some items in the cupboard. I'm only 5'4". I suggest it be moved to the counter or attach a shelf to the right side of the upper right cabinet and place it there.The stairs can be difficult to negotiate especially with luggage. Must take care not to hit your head on your way down. If you have young children it can be treacherous, great care is needed.Needs Improvement: utensils, condiments. Teaspoons would've been helpful along with salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil.Additional recommendation: at least 1 extra TV in either bedroom would be helpful. Please note: the bathroom is small so if you're built l Iike a linebacker it can seem claustrophobic. Also, footsteps from upstairs tenants can be excessively annoying in the living room area especially around midnight.I'd like to note that I extended my stay an additional week and felt safe and comfortable. - "This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to paying for the stay they tried to charge me $59/per person per night. Everything was communicated but ignored. I even took pics and videos. In return I was giving a late check out with no charge so far who knows."

- "I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I personally did not feel comfortable there, but she keeps a nice and clean rental and can be a perfect place for a short vacation."

Guest access
All guests have access to the backyard and kitchen. We have two bathrooms which will be shared amongst the guests. Please no uninvited vistors, parties, or pets! Treat this space as if it were yours.
