- "The home was very nice and perfectly located for the plans we had in our visit to Ohio. The only improvement I could see would be the kitchen supplies. For us it was OK since there were only two of us. However, the house advertises for 6 but there were only 5 dinner plates. I imagine some were lost or broken with prior rentals. Adding dishware and microwave cookware would be a plus for larger groups. Communication with the owners was fast and easy through the VRBO app. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip."

- "I stayed with my 2 daughters, ages 8 and 10, for a weekend and we could not have asked for more. The barn had everything we needed and was so well decorated and charming. We spent hours in the pool, went biking on the nearby Clinton-Fayette Friendship trail, swung on the tire swing, and read books on the chaises by the fountain. And, oh my god, were tge beds comfortable! Already thinking we'd like to return next year. This place is a gem!"

Conveniently located near great locally owned businesses and restaurants, many within walking distance. This is a great place to stay for the holidays or a weekend getaway. Located directly on the parade route for Wilmington High School Homecoming and Holidazzle and next door to the seasonal Saturday farmers' market (colder months are moved inside at the Municipal Building) and many great festivals and events in downtown Wilmington. Also near Wilmington College, Southern State, Cowan Lake, Caesar's Creek, and the World Equestrian Center is only an 8 min drive. Kings Island and Prime Outlets are a short 30 minute drive. Only 45 min to downtown Cincinnati, Dayton it Columbus.

The apartment can easily accommodate additional people. There are beds for 3 people plus a roll-away and a very comfortable couch. A pack and play crib, roll-away bed and air mattress are also available upon request. We also gladly welcome well behaved pets. Please message us for approval prior to your arrival.. We have a $50 pet fee (assessed separately) for duration of your stay.

Guests will enjoy the entire apartment with kitchen, stocked with cookware, dinnerware, toaster, Keurig and microwave. An ensuite bathroom with shower, mudroom, laundry, & living room are also included. Nana's Nest is completely private, so no worries about sharing space with other guests. Reserved off-Street parking is also available.

The apartment is located on the second floor so guest must be able to maneuver a full flight of outdoor stairs. Three additional stairs are inside.

Additional guests can be accommodated with a queen air mattress which can be arranged with the host ahead of time for $25. One pack n' play is also available upon request.

Wonderful restaurants within walking distance include the Historic General Denver, the Mediterranean, Tin Cap and Fiesta Vera Cruz.

The Loft, updated 1/2025 is a unique space located 1.4 miles from the W.E.C., 3 miles from Lake Cowan, to name a few, there is plenty to see and do within minutes of our location. Relax on your private deck or stay in and watch a movie on the 55" 4k smart TV. Enjoy a serene country setting with tremendous views from every window. A great place to get away from it all. Once you stay, you will want to come back for another visit soon.

The space
We have a second unit across the hall called The Tuscan that sleeps 3 as well. You can rent both units to accommodate up to 6 guests. For us to maintain a consistency of high standards, we own, manage, and clean all our vacation rentals. We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap.
