The shower enclosure in the bathroom is only 70cm x 70cm. It can't be bigger due to other bathroom decor. The edge between the cabinet and the floor is loose. It has no practical significance in use.

The bed is 90 cm wide and 2 meters long. It is electric and the head and foot end can be raised.

The room belongs to my teenage son and is rented out during periods when he is not at home.

In the summer, the sun shines into the room from about 4 am. When the weather is hot, the room will quickly become hot. We have a portable fan that is placed in the room as needed. The window faces the common area of the housing cooperative. The room is on the 2nd floor, but there is an exit to the living room.

We have a main house, where the rental unit is, and an annex, where we have, among other things, a craft outlet that is open on request. We have a spacious terrace at the back of the house, with various outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, a couple of chairs with adjustable back, and a table that can be turned up if you want to eat dinner outside. In the winter, you can light a fire in our fire pit, and sit outside on comfortable reindeer skins.
In the summer we grow salads and herbs in the garden, which guests are happy to pick and use in their cooking.
We also have trailers, one of which is for rent.

We are a family of up to 4 persons.
- Most of the time there are only two of us.

We offer a bedroom of 8 square meters, with its own toilet/washbasin, downstairs on the 1st floor by the front door.
In addition, you have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, balcony and external training area for the rental.
We will arrange the use of these rooms so that everyone will be satisfied.

The space
The house is over two floors. The family lives on the 2nd floor but uses the entrance downstairs for dressing, and in and out.

When you come in the front door, the bedroom is on the left.
The entrance area for you will be a walk-through area to the toilet.
We do not want to store things/clothes in the hallway.

Guest access
The downstairs bedroom with a separate toilet. Use of the entrance on the 1st floor for review. The bathroom, with shower, and kitchen on the 2nd floor can be used by agreement.
In addition, the balcony and external training area can be used by agreement.

During your stay
I am available on my mobile, and in the house when I am at home. Possibly send me a message.

Other things to note
The TV that is in the room has no channels included, but it can be used for streaming via the web. Own subscriptions must be used.

The closet inside the room contains private things. Do not touch. You can access one cabinet with drawers.

No cooking in the room. Agreement on the use of the kitchen can be made individually.

The bathroom upstairs is used by the family at fixed times morning and evening.
The use of a shower can be arranged if needed.

Codes to door and internet are assigned after booking.
