The appartment is at the top a the building (4 levels) therefore it is very calm and quiet and neighboors are really welcoming. You can park a car at the back of the appartment in a dead end road. You will find everyhting you need in the kitchen, the master bedroom is large as well as the kids room. Fans are also usefull in each rooms. The small living room is practical, you can watch TV, surf on the internet (wifi included-1Gb per day) or look at the great 180° view on the sea from the balconie :) Towels are included which is greatly appreciated as well as the household at the end of your stay ! You don't have to take the car to go to the beach which is greatly convenient !! I would recommand this place if you look for sea baths, great sunsets, sun, sandy beaches, walks along the sea, italian food, and relaxing holidays ! The entrance is into the light and airy kitchen/diner/lounge area. The kitchen is particularly well equipped, having fridge, electric hob and oven, dish washer, microwave and washing machine.

There is an extendable dining table easily accommodating 6 people and a comfortable leather settee plus wicker chairs to relax in. There is also a flat screen TV and PS2/DVD here to keep the kids quiet. Granite topped steps lead you to the first floor and the twin bedroom. Nestled behind a small wall there are also bunk beds here but you would not see them if you didn’t look for them! There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. The spacious double bedroom can be found on the second floor with another bathroom with shower. There is more than ample storage space in the bedrooms. Plus there are air con/warm air units on all floors so this property really is ideal for all year round use.
