This 66 m2, two bedroom, two bathroom (one en suite) 4th floor apartment, with a lift, has a south facing terrace with gorgeous views across the bay, and a back terrace accessed by both bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet and beautiful park-like garden with a large shared swimming pool. There is a concierge on duty, guest parking, as well as an underground reserved parking bay. * wardrobe, shower room with WC & shower, even a cellar if you need it.

The space
The flat is very cosy & comfortable, just after the renovation, really very close to the wide sandy beach & perfectly situated: you can walk to the city center.
There is a train station & a bus stop if you want to visit Nice, Antibes, Saint-Tropez, Monaco etc.
We are doing our best to make your stay comfortable and provide you all the necessary equipment.
Attention: the apartment is fine for 2 persons, or for a family with a child. It's possible to stay there for three adults, but it will be a bit less comfortable, & the third person will sleep on the inflatable mattress

This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises.

Your stay can be personalized with additional services once your booking is confirmed.
Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen and towels are included.

The main pool in the heart of the residence is open from July 1st to August 31st, 2025, every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Entry is limited to 4 people at a time using the access card.

The two seafront pools are open during the following periods:
May 11th to June 30th, 2025: from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
July 1st to September 1st, 2025: from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
To access the pools, each guest must wear a colored wristband (one wristband per guest will be provided).

When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.

Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons:
-dirty and/or stained laundry
-dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt
