They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. To access the pools, each guest must wear a colored wristband (one wristband per guest will be provided).

In the Corner of 2 pedestrian street in the heart of Cannes.
2 Min. Walk from the Train Station (but without the noise of the Train), 5 Min. Walk to the beach, to the Croisette, to the Palais des Festivals and just 1 Min Walk to the rue d'Antibes.
The flat has everything you need to feel like at home. You can make everything by foot (bars, restaurants, daily market, clubs).
If you drive to Cannes, there is a public parking just 50 meters away or I will explain you where to park for free.

The space
The flat as been renoved in 2016.
The apartment itself is very comfortable:
- a spacious bedroom with one large Double Bed (140 x 200 cm) with a real good mattress.
- a living room with open kitchen. There is a good sofabed with 140x200 cm.
- The kitchen is equiped with microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, and all what you need to prepair your food.
- a bathroom with a big shower

And the flat is fully furnished with all the modern house equipment such as :
- Air Con in the bedroom and in the livingroom
- Wifi Internet, Radio with Internet, flat screen TV with about 100 TV-programms
- Bluetooth to hear your own music on our real good hi-fi system
- Iron with Iron table, Hairdryer, ...
- All bed lines as well as towels and everything: just like if it was your own Appartment.

The flat is quiet with close windows (good isolation), but it's in a pedestriam street: sometimes with open windows it can be a little bit noisy if you are not going yourself on the outside terrasse of the restaurants.

The flat is on the second floor. The lift is starting on the first floor: that's may be strange, but you have to know it

Check-in and check-out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 4pm, and check out will be at 11am.

The apartment is like your own home whilst staying in Cannes. All equipment is yours.
