Our little house is located at Hameau Le Col in Valloire, a few bends above the center of the resort.
This typical hamlet house has been completely renovated and now offers 35m2 of duplex comfort, ideal for 4/5 people.

During the renovation but also for the choice of equipment and furniture, we pushed the environmental approach as far as possible. We hope you have a pleasant stay.

The house is bathed in light and faces South-West.

In a "minimalist" spirit we have chosen to make only the essentials available.
You will not find a TV but wifi, books, games and an incredible view of the mountain. You will not find a microwave but a raclette machine, yes!
No washing machine (laundry available 24/24 and 7/7 in the center of Valloire).

We leave available spices, salt-pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, herbal teas, some basic foodstuffs. If you finish something, consider replacing it for the following.

- "The details of the hotel on Expedia were misleading when I booked.The details have been changed on Expedia since. A jacuzzi and swimming pool were advertised.No charge was mentioned for use of the jacuzzi. When I arrived I was told that the jacuzzi costs €6 per 20 minutes per person and must be booked in advance. Swimming pool and spa room are cold. Jacuzzi and swimming pool are in an apartment block down the road. There was no mention of a fee for cleaning the apartment. If you chose to not clean the apartment to perfection, you will be charged €52 if there are fewer than 4 people in your apartment, if there are 4 or more people in your apartment you will be charged €100. Even if you chose to pay and not clean the apartment, you will have to clean the bin, wash and arrange the dishes and sort out the bed linen. Route to apartment was covered in snow, and rather than clearing the snow, the staff barricade the pathway using wooden palets and nails so you cannot use. I chose to ignore the staff member who was blocking the path and he shoved me back down the snowy path that I had climbed. Appalling! I am refering to the "Les Hameaux et Chalets de la Vallee d'Or" apartments that are owned by Odalys. Pierre en Vacances also own apartments called "Les Hameaux et Chalets de la Vallee d'Or" located on the same road, and these are cheaper, more modern and they will not expect you to clean the apartment. The staff member I spoke to was polite and I would recommend you go to them."

- "We stayed over half term week. The location is fantastic, very close, 5min walk to gondola in ski boots! Balcony looks out onto the square, where events happed most nights, we had a great view. Quiet after 9pm and sound proofing between apartments was good. My husband and I slept on the fold out couch, which was comfy, but a little squeaky. The apartment is bijou but perfectly functional, we cooked most nights using the hobs, but there is also a small oven and microwave. The only real downside was an issue with the drains in the bathroom. they must have some sort of blockage as they were giving off an unpleasant smell - we did report it, so hopefully it will be resolved. My youngest daughter also found the top bunk extremely hot and we needed to open the patio door several nights to cool it down, the heat did seem to accumulate in that space. However, overall we had a great stay."
