WIFi was free and ok for Havana. The only negative that has nothing to do with this apartment is the fact the building itself did not have stairs. Maybe I didn’t see it. I was worried about a blackout and the lights went out and the elevator was malfunction. Or in the case of an emergency, there was no escape route. This is Havana and I’m sure building codes were different from the US. In all I loved the area. It was quiet and save and very close to the Malecón. I enjoyed taking daily walks there. "

We went with Our friends another family of 5 and all had the best time. Nirelvis and Liubetsy were so helpful at all times and never pushy. He is Cuban but speaks perfect English and was told he was a Russian translator! He and his team of staff were Friendly and hospitable, making sure we got what we needed. The House has 4 rooms and is nicely decorated with antiquities. The Room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The Hot Shower and air conditioner worked well. This room is very spacious,nice and with many windows for natural ventilation and lighting, itfeatures an excellent matrimonial mattress for your rest and comfort. With a half-equipped kitchen and an equipped bathroom.

We are located on Calle 10 and almost Primera Avenida, number 104. House with blue columns (three levels), in Santa Marta, downtown area. We have WIFI in the house. There is a lot of movement on our street from early on, so it has access to many nearby places, such as restaurants rich in Cuban food, dance classes (salsa), ice cream shop, market, shopping, WIFI park and more. The beautiful beaches of Varadero are located approximately 5 minutes by car and about 15 to 25 minutes walking (depending on how entertaining you find the center). You will like it.
