I was worried about a blackout and the lights went out and the elevator was malfunction. Or in the case of an emergency, there was no escape route. This is Havana and I’m sure building codes were different from the US. In all I loved the area. It was quiet and save and very close to the Malecón. I enjoyed taking daily walks there. "
