Ribeira D'ilhas beach, next to our house, besides being a beautifull place, is also one of the best spots to surf in the world and part of the World surfing reserve just as all the other wonderful beaches in Ericeira

We provide, Surf, Skate, Yoga and Brazilian jiu-jitsu lessons and coaching for all levels upon request

A typical Portuguese family house converted into a surf house in a beautiful traditional fishing town with some of the best surf in Europe. The house is in the very centre of town, next to the main square and 5 minutes walking to the Fisherman's beach.

The space
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 private rooms, all sharing three comfortable bathrooms. There's a patio where you can store your boards and wash & dry your wetsuit.

Guest access
There's a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, with two fridges and cabinets to store food.

The common areas are cleaned daily. The rooms are cleaned once a week. Extra bath towels are available on request.

Other things to note
TOURIST TAX - €2,3 high season / €1,2 low season, per night, up to a maximum of seven nights per person. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival.

This small loft is perfect for those seeking comfort and convenience. Located in a central area of the village, close to all the main tourist attractions. You can walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and attractions.

The space
The loft has a queen-size bed, a worktable with two chairs, a small kitchen equipped with the basics for quick simple meals, and a toilet. The work desk is ideal for those who need to work remotely or study. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a snack. The loft has a ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot days.

Check-in: Between 4 pm and 8 pm, with self-check-in (instructions sent in advance).
Check-out: By 11 am.

Documents and Payments:
- At check-in, you must provide your identification documents (sent via WhatsAp for self-check-in).
- The Municipal Tourist Tax must be paid at check-in (per person, per night, up to 7 nights, for individuals aged 13 and above).
- For self-check-in, the amount should be left at the accommodation at check-out.

General Rules:
- Pets are not allowed, except in specific cases and subject to additional fees (please get in touch with the accommodation manager).
- Smoking in the accommodation: strictly prohibited.
- Parties or events: not permitted.
- Quiet hours: from 11 pm to 8 am, following Portuguese legislation.

Check-out and Cleaning:
- Upon departure, the accommodation must have all lights turned off, with no rubbish or dirty dishes left behind.
- If rubbish or dirty dishes are left, a €30 cleaning fee will be charged.
- All materials and furniture (both indoor and outdoor) are for use during your stay; any damage will be charged accordingly.
- For stays longer than 11 days, a mid-stay cleaning is included.
- For stays shorter than 10 days, extra cleaning can be arranged, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Available Items and Services:
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided (beach and pool towels not included).
