Protea Villa is spacious, the living space on the ground floor is 170 square feet and the surface area of ​​the loft is 80 meters. It is a detached house on a plot of 1000 square meters. Around the house is a beautiful tropical garden overlooking a pond. Herein grow water lilies and reeds are frequented by birds with beautiful colors. The interior.
Protea Villa features a large living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped as you would expect a 4 star villa: dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, 4 burner gas stove with electronic oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Ample is present: crockery, glassware, cookware, dishes, cutlery.
The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar with wooden seats.
The living room is spacious and cozy. We stay up two months a year in Protea Villa, and find it very important that the house is cozy and nicely decorated. We have done our best to provide an African feel to it. The lounge has a double sofa and comfortable armchairs. So even on a chilly evening when changing the porch to the living room, where you can sit comfortable. If lights are halogen spots that are too dim and the necessary lamps.
In the back of the living room are two doors that provide access to the bedrooms: one bedroom has a large 2 pers. bed and the other bedroom has two one bedroom. beds that are pushed together. All beds in the house are equipped with a mosquito net. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with bath, shower and sink and toilet. From each bedroom you through french doors onto a private terrace with outdoor shower.
From the living room is a staircase to the spacious loft. Here are four 1 pers. beds which two by two are pushed together. There is also a seating area, wardrobe and TV. For the guests who sleep here down an extra bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, so no long queues during rush hour.
