I was able to bath open air while listening and viewing the forest and Sabie river from my room. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had issues with the wifi, but the manager ensured someone was out the next day to fix it. I’m also a vegetarian and the manager created a whole menu just for me. That was very thoughtful. A few mornings I left early and the breakfast pack they give you is amazing! The treatment was also wonderful. I ended up falling asleep since the roaring river was right next to me. The grounds are very beautiful and if I’m ever in the Kruger area again, I will book here but this time with my fiance since it is very couple oriented."

- "Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant (G’s) is good. There is also a lapa area where they do a traditional braai (think bbq on steroids) and a river area you can walk to. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a spacious 6 sleeper. The unit itself is great with a few little issues such as the shower door does not close and the double bed in the main upstairs bedroom has a mattress that is not very good. Other than that it is a very nice unit. The air conditioner wasn’t working and when we called them the next day they came out and fixed it almost within the hour. The unit is cleaned every day which is very nice. The lodge is 15 minutes from Phabeni gate into the Kruger Park. Also, even though when you are in the lodge you feel like you are out of the city in the bush, it is 5 minutes away from many good shops and restaurants. "

The surrounding amenities and basically being on a golf course made for a relaxing holiday feel. A local pub at the gate had some interesting characters and friendly locals. You’ll be in a room with separate access but won’t have access to the rest of the house as we also live here. This Villa is built next to the mountain with splendid views of Hazyview and the valley. The pool is available for you to use, it is not at your room but at the front of the house.
Enjoy the sunrise from the veranda. In only 2 km from town, you'll be close to restaurants and two shopping centers. KNP is a mere 15 minutes away.

The space
The room is private, with a separate entrance and has all you need for a few days' stay.

We do not offer breakfast but you will have a few options in restaurants in Hazyview where breakfast is served.
A complimentary coffee and tea tray, cutlery, plates and bowls are supplied.
A small fridge and a microwave are in the room.
There is a braai area for you to use should wish to braai.
There are two single beds in the room which can be converted into a king-size bed on request before arrival.

This beautiful apartment is located in an ideal location, just 10 km from the Kruger National Park. You can visit the Blyde River Canyon via the panorama route only 40 km away.
