Avalon Airport is the closest airport to Geelong. It is 21km from Geelong and it will take approximately 20 minutes by car to the apartment. Avalon airport shuttle can offer door to door service.
If driving from Avalon Airport, follow the signs to Geelong and they will lead you to Princes Highway.
Keep left into Geelong into Bell Parade which will take you around Corio Bay. At Deakin University turn right into Gheringhap Street then left into Brougham and then left down Cunningham Street. Pier Point apartments are located at the end on the right.
Parking for 1 car is available in our secure undercover car park at no extra charge.

Rebuilt in 2019, A 1 bedroom guesthouse with kitchenette (microwave, glassware, cutlery, crockery, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine), ensuite, lounge 55inch TV, patio with BBQ, and outdoor dining. This centrally located, beautiful miner s cottage has been tastefully renovated and landscaped and is only a 2 minute walk to cosmopolitan Pakington St and a 15 minute walk to Geelong CBD and train station. It features two bedrooms, immaculate bathroom, open plan living, dining & kitchen.
There is a queen bed in one bedroom & a double bed in the second bedroom. Fresh towels and bed linen is supplied. Handmade guest soaps & shampoo are also supplied.
Enjoy Wi-Fi, Netflix and Stan on the TV.
The Space
This miner s cottage is a piece of history in Geelong. Being over 100 years old, this cottage is full of character with a modern twist. Exposed original beams, high ceilings, rear deck, landscaped front and year yard, freshly painted and carpeted, beautiful furnishings and plantation shutters are only a few amazing features of the cottage.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage which includes a rear manicured garden, decked area and a covered car space for a small car. There is plenty of off street parking available.

Close to the bannock burn village and shops , Vallari Villa (the name of the main house) was built in 2020 and have modern appeal and regional feel., the cottage at the back for you to enjoy is a smaller version of the main house. If you love beautiful things, resting in a calm space among established trees that surround you in a green paradise, then you will feel so at home here.

Welcome to our cozy country cottage! It’s a comfortable retreat with plenty of charm, though it does have a few rustic imperfections that add to its character.
Families & Children
Children are welcome, but please note they must be fully supervised at all times. The cottage is designed as an adult retreat, so you’ll need to bring any child accessories (e.g., cots, highchairs, toys). We do have a selection of board games available for family fun!

Linen Care & Avoiding Stains
To keep our linens fresh and in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:

🚿 Shower before bed if you’ve applied tanning products to help prevent stains.
🛏️ Use the provided dark towels for makeup removal instead of white linens.

Pool Access

The property as whole is on 4.7 acres. The house is fully fenced on approximately 1 acre with no access to the remaining land on three fenced and separated paddocks.
The main house at front is huge and big can accomodate 6 adults in 3 bedrooms and 5 kids in bunker beds. Additional 2 kids/adults can sleep on sofa bed as well.

This perfect country family holiday house in Bannockburn with many things that can boost your fun in your trip to Bannockburn. located 20 minutes from Geelong's City Centre and 25 minutes from Avalon Airport is equipped with many qualities such as an astonishing morning vibe while drinking coffee and hearing the chickens toddle. Also located at the front we have a "park" which contains a water well, fire pit and a barberque which can be used by all customers! NETFLIX is on the tv!
