We have 2 twin rooms, one single room and an additional double sofa bed in the living area. There is also a pull out bed that we can set up in one of the twin rooms giving a maximum of 6 beds up stairs. Beds can also be arranged as a king size bed instead of 2 twin beds, just let us know your preference when you book and we'll have these set up for you. We may also be able to provide an additional bed in upstairs on request.
The living room has a sofa bed that is available on request.
You have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and other essentials.

- "The apartment had not been cleaned since last people. It was filthy. There were no clean towels, bedding, rubbish everywhere and who knows when the carpets had last been hoovered. They eventually sent a caretaker with some cleaning products, towels and bedding. My husband cleaned and helped to make the bed. The cleaner never arrived during our stay. You would think in the current Covid climate people would be more careful. We were offered extra nights as the apartment was empty after our stay. But with no sign of a cleaner, two dogs to get home to, I wasn’t going to pay out more money for a dog sitter to stay in a filthy apartment. Such a shame as it looked like it could be nice with a bit of maintenance. "

Welcome to Caravan @ The Stables.
The entrance to the property is on left hand side to the main house.
The code for the entrance to the building will be sent to you 24 hours before arrival, slide the silver bar down. The front door key will be inside the lockbox.
There are a set of keys inside the property located on the window table, we ask that you please use these keys during your stay and leave the lockbox key in the lockbox in case of an emergency.
Departure
We ask you to please vacate the property by 10am on the day of your departure, the property caretakers will arrive shortly after to start the property changeover so please be respectful of this.
We ask you kindly to take care of the property and leave it as you found it.
• Gather All used towels and place them in the washing basket.
• Gather All used bedding and place in the blue laundry bag provided.
• Please dispose of all rubbish in the bin store located to the right of the main house – look out for the horseshoe.
• Please turn things off.
• Please ensure doors and windows are closed.
• Please return keys to the lockbox and leave the other keys on the office desk.

During your stay at the annex@ The Stables, on-street parking is available on De Montfort Road or John Street, both within a minute's walk. These streets offer parking options for visitors.
To get the most accurate information about parking rules, charges, and potential limitations on De Montfort Road and John Street, it's recommended to check with the Hinckley local council or consult signs posted on the streets themselves.

• Please lock all doors & windows whenever you leave the property and at night. Please use the lockbox to store the key when not in the property.
• Caravan @ The Stables is a strictly non- smoking property.
• Please do not light any candles in the property.
• Please don’t hang anything to dry over radiators or furniture. There is a pull-out airing rack in the shower. Please note this will only take light products.
• Do not run any appliances overnight nor when unattended to minimise fire risk.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and minimise noise particularly between the hours of 10pm-8am.
• Please be aware that fake tan products can stain the towels and sheets which will then need to be replaced at your cost.
• 1 pet is allowed subject to the owner’s discretion and an additional charge. Dogs are strictly not allowed on any furniture. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the property.
• Please do not touch the ‘Automatic Levelling’ panel.

The entrance to the property is on the right-hand side to the main house.
There is a code for the entrance to the building, wait for the green light and it will open. The front door key will be inside the lockbox.
There are a set of keys inside the property located on the office desk, we ask that you please use these keys during your stay and leave the lockbox key in the lockbox in case of an emergency.
Departure
We ask you to please vacate the property by 10am on the day of your departure, the property caretakers will arrive shortly after to start the property changeover so please be respectful of this.
We ask you kindly to take care of the property and leave it as you found it.
• Gather All used towels and place them in the washing basket.
• Gather All used bedding and place in the blue laundry bag provided.
• Please dispose of all rubbish in the bin store located to the right of the main house – look out for the horseshoe.
• Please turn things off.
• Please ensure doors and windows are closed.
• Please return keys to the lockbox and leave the other keys on the office desk.

During your stay at the Annex@ The Stables, on-street parking is available on De Montfort Road or John Street, both within a minute's walk. These streets offer parking options for visitors.

• Do not run any appliances overnight nor when unattended, especially the tumble dryer – to minimise fire risk.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and minimise noise particularly between the hours of 10pm-8am.
• Please be aware that fake tan products can stain the towels and sheets which will then need to be replaced at your cost.
• 1 pet is allowed subject to the owner’s discretion and an additional charge. Dogs are strictly not allowed on any furniture. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the property.

The contemporary styled Garden Cottage has its own driveway (parking for 2 cars) accessed from a quite road in the Forest View area of Hinckley.
The tastefully furnished property has bright, modern and spacious rooms presented with some stunning touches which give this cottage a warm, cosy and homely feel. Inside there is a living room with open plan fitted kitchen with large breakfast bar and bar stools. There is one double bedroom and one super-king size bed that can be divided into 2 singles. A separate shower room and large hallway complete the accommodation. Outside has a small new cottage-style garden situated at the bottom of our own garden. The Garden Cottage is ideal for a single or couple visiting the area.

Update regarding Covid-19: The property can be accessed via a key box so there will be no meet and greet on arrival and you will have the whole house to your self.
