Smart, elegant house situated next to the River Avon. In front of the house, there is large open space "the Meadow" which as cycling/foot path and play ground.

The house has an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom, a main bath room with shower over bath and a downstairs cloak room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, toaster, kettle, and cafetiere. There is also frideg/freezer/dishwasher/washing machine in the kitchen and tumble dryer in the garage.

The Hut is located on our farm with views looking over the fields. It is near a farm yard where we have other barn conversions holiday lets.

It is located next to the hamlet of Abbots Salford.

Parking is close by but please note that access is over a little footbridge and there is a 50m uphill walk through the field to the hut itself.

Set in the vale of Evesham, built in 1904, our beautiful home & garden, with many original features, is a perfect base for touring Cotswold villages, climbing the Malvern hills, visiting Stratford upon Avon or local National Trust houses. Poor local bus services but regular trains to Oxford & Paddington Station, London.

The space
This single room is perfect for anyone visiting to work in the area. When the main guest room is NOT occupied the first floor shower room is for your designated use. When there are other guests, the ground floor Shower room will be for your use only.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare and take meals, however most visitors visit the local pubs or restaurants.

During your stay
I love socialising with visitors, however, there are times when I’m not in and then you can be sure I will let you know how get in and make yourself at home.

Other things to note
I have a whippet, a dog, who loves visitors and has been known to help herself to the odd chocolate bar when it’s been easily available..so it’s best to keep your door closed!
Regarding parking. Free parking available in the road at the front of the house. If you are coming by rail, I can sometimes meet you at Evesham station depending on how busy I am.

in the Vale of Evesham, our beautiful home; built 1904 with many original features, is a perfect for touring Cotswold villages, climbing the Malvern hills, visiting Stratford upon Avon or local National Trust houses/gardens. Regular trains between London & Evesham BUT car is essential for touring the area.

The space
Overlooking quiet gardens, our peaceful guest bedroom has the use of a small recently refurbished bathroom nearby, no bath, but with a generous sized shower and downstairs there is a further shower room. Occasionally the shower rooms will need to be shared when the single room is occupied. Please note the double bed is standard size, 4'6" wide by 6'6" long.
Unless I have friends over for supper guests are welcome to use the kitchen to cook a meal, though most people seem to go out to eat.

Our guests will be welcome to use our dining room & spacious kitchen and take a walk in our private shrub filled garden. Our home is warmed with central heating and in wintry weather we have a open fire in the sitting room as well.
We are assuming that our guests will generally be out during the day exploring the local amenities and countryside.

We are quite busy, socially, however we hope to be able to interact as much or as little as our guests wish.

Other things to note
We have a dog who loves visitors, but not always other dogs, so would need to discuss any potential canine guests.

A cosy Victorian converted cart shed in Evesham, close to train station (5 min walk), high street (10 min walk) and theatre (1 min walk). Evesham is close to the Cotswolds with beautiful scenic walks and towns. There are lots of attractions including crazy golf and high ropes at the valley (5 min drive) and all things wild zoo (10 min drive). Perfect for a couples getaway.

The space
The cart shed is open plan. There is a small kitchenette with a kettle, toaster and hot plate for basic cooking needs. A shower room. In the mezzanine is a double bed. The mezzanine has a low ceiling.

Other things to note
Please let me know beforehand whether you’d like the daybed in the loft to be single or king size.

The loft space is accessible by a ladder/staircase. This is unsuitable for young children, however I have tried to make it as safe as possible by adding a handrail and barrier across the opening of the mezzanine.

I own 3 chickens that live in my garden. They can be noisy when they first wake up, especially if they lay an egg. When the windows and door are closed I haven’t noticed them. If they are bothering you please don’t hesistate to let me know.

The cabins are set next to each other with ample space between on Brookfield Farms land with over 100 acres. There is access from the main road near the sign. There is a small decking area for guests private use with BBQ and furniture.

Other things to note
Not suitable for wheelchairs as there is a small step on to the private decking and also to the toilet/shower facilities. Please ensure gates are closed when exploring the land and also tidy up after yourself if using communal indoor or outdoor areas.
The heaters are diesel heaters so make a slight clicking noise from the pump whilst running
