Close enough to downtown by bus or taxi but far enough to enjoy quiet evenings. We will return to the well maintained private beach area as soon as we are able. The only small thing is that the room walls and door seals are not the best at keeping neighbor noise for filtering in. Could see an issue if you would have loud neighbors. This newly renovated house, built in the 1930's is nestled into a quiet community, 15 minutes walk into the centre of downtown Nassau where you can find local restaurants and beaches. Also a 5 minutes walk to the popular Green Parrot restaurant and Bay Street Marina.

Property has a total of 4 rooms but this room is our only PRIVATE ROOM onsite with 2 Twin Beds that can be easily pushed together for couples! Bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen are a shared space by all guests.
