- "Celebrating a milestone birthday should not require constant cleaning of roaches. And the resolution was a small bottle of roach spray. After constant texting someone came and fumigated which resulted in roaches going belly up and is as paid guests to clean it up. Not cool. The response was it's the islands and there are always roaches. Not in the description before purchase. Still fighting for deposit to be returned. Stay at your own caution."

Beautiful and charming Bahamian cottage in a quiet and safe area on the western side of Nassau. We also have another unit available for 2 more persons on the same property. The cottage has his own modern television and brand new computer that is connected to the television. The beach is very private and only 20 seconds away! The sea is warm and perfect for a romantic escape.

This cottage has its own Air Conditioning. There is a queen sized bed with a brand new mattress for two persons. There is a dining table with four chairs. Your clothes can be washed in the washing machine and there is also a dryer. The kitchen includes a brand new stove(oven combo)and refrigerator. You will also have a dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses and pans. There are (beach)towels enough!

The house all yours! The property has a gate and you will receive a remote to open it. A rental car can be parked within the gates. You will have direct access to our private beach. There is also a BBQ available outside. Outside you may take the zero gravity chairs to any place you want. Feel free to walk around the property!

Many of them were five-star standard while others were budget-friendly accommodation. To be fair, sounders 2BD itself has a basic setup. It might not make you "wow," but it was cozy and suitable for our group of three. The ambient was simple but home-like. We have had good nights' sleep throughout our stay. Also, the dining area was a perfect setting for Instagram photo opportunities. I love how our food showed off on the blue background of the dining table. There was also basic kitchenware, including cooking pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and glasses for those who love to cook their meals. "

Cozy and inviting island style cottage with all the modern amenities. Close enough to the excitement of fish fry, Cable beach and downtown Nassau, while being tucked away in a quaint and historic Bahamian neighbourhood.

- "As advertised! Nice stand alone apartment. All the extra touches we didn’t expect (stocked with snacks and basic supplies for kitchen and bath). Washer / dryer handy to have in apartment. Catherine was very easy to communicate with and immediately responded to all questions. Convenient taxi service - per Catherine’s recommendation we called Michael. He was always on time for pick ups. We would definitely stay here again!" - "My wife and I decided to spend our 20th anniversary in Nassau, Bahamas the same city we were married 20 years ago. We found Catherine’s Cozy Cottage on VRBO and were impressed with the pictures. To our amazement and delight, the place looked exactly as it does in the picture. There are two bedrooms with two comfortable queen-sized beds. There is an A/C unit in the living room and each bedroom. The condo is located just far enough away from the downtown area to experience quiet evenings, but close enough to catch the bus or a taxi to the downtown area. The greatest thing about Catherine’s Cozy Cottage is Catherine. We told her it was our anniversary and when we arrived there was a beautiful basket of fruit that we ate on for 6 days, a card, snacks, a bottle of wine and complimentary bottled water. She sent us a list of great restaurants to eat and the name of two taxis that gave us a discounted rate for travel. The house has a full-sized kitchen with appliances and there are bath towels and pods to wash your items in the full size washer and dryer. The home also has Wi-Fi, which was great because we had two full days of rain while we there and spent some time binging on Netflix and ordering delivery through the Kraven app (be sure to download). The Wi-Fi went down once. I messaged Catherine and she had a replacement Wi-Fi unit sent over in minutes! I simply cannot say enough great things about Catherine and her communication and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to stay outside of downtown, you can’t go wrong with Catherine’s Cozy Cottage!"

The location is conveniently located 1 minute walk from the bus stop that can take you downtown or to the beach within 10 min. The world famous Fish Fry is a 10 min drive, down town is a 10 min drive and it's a 30 minute walk to Saunders Beach which is the best beach for snorkeling. You will love this one of a kind meeting.

This is a Bahamian neighborhood, don't expect lavish landscape or million dollar homes. Our neighbors consist of a Royal Bahamas Defense force officer on the western side of property named Troy, a phone card and fruit seller named "Rasta" adjacent to the property in a wooden home, a Police Sargent located on the east side of property named "Q" and a welder directly behind the house named "John".

My place is perfect for singles or couples traveling to the Bahamas for business or pleasure. The location is conveniently located 1 minute walk from the bus stop that can take you downtown or to the beach within 10 min. The world famous Fish Fry is a 10 min drive, down town is a 10 min drive and it's a 20 minute walk to Saunders Beach which is the best beach for snorkeling.

This space is very unique and for couples, singles or business professionals that want a comfortable place to relax during the day or at night. I'm sure you will love everything about the space. Its very private and looks like a luxury hotel room.

The guest has access to a private entrance, including a backyard deck and front area on porch for relaxing.

This is a Bahamian neighborhood, don't expect lavish landscape or million dollar homes. Our neighbors consist of a Royal Bahamas Defense force officer on the western side of property named Troy, a phone card and fruit seller named "Rasta" adjacent to the property in a wooden home, a Police Sargent located on the east side of property named "Q" and a welder directly behind the house named "John".

- "The Room was immaculate. 5 star hotel quality. Everything you would need was readily available. Spacious and updated room and bathroom. " - "I would not recommend this rental to any.. Firstly checking in is not until 3:00pm. So your're basically paying for a full day but only gets 9 hours. Secondly the manager said due to dèlay with maid service I wasn't able to check in until 3:30pm. Third if you are traveling with other family memebers or have family or friends in New Providence the can not step foot on the property to visit you which doesn't make sense. Forth the air condition unit goes with a switch so if you get to cold you can not adjust the temperature you have to just switch it off. If it's to hot turn on the fan. Last the manger attititude is horrble not customer service savy at all. Parking is limited the area was quiet but looks spooky and ghetto. That's why there is no picture up of the outside I the building. The inside is nice but not worth it.."

The air-conditioned vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are offered in the vacation home. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne. Lynden Pindling International Airport is 8.7 miles from the property.

It's a 8-minute walk to the beach and shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, gym. Public transportation nearby.

We live on property and are happy to make recommendations/arrangements. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

- "Firstly, Vrbo stated that the unit is located in Jubilee Subdivision. After paying through the website, Theresa immediately sent the location and her contact which was great. However, the unit was not in Jubilee Subdivision . This was not a major problem as the neighborhood was nice. I requested an early check in because I wanted to surprise my guest by decorating the room. However, she did not agree & instantly said no. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed in the state of the unit. The bathroom was extremely small and only had a shower. What I disliked most was that the sink was in the actual area of the bedroom. Also, there is no kitchen space. Guest do not have a designated parking. You have to park on the side of the street. Saturday morning we woke up and there was no running water. Theresa has a lot of rules that she expects guest to follow. While checking in she required my assistance with removing the bedspread as we were not allowed to lay on it. She also insisted that we turn off the air-condition each time we leave the unit. The pool is only accessible until 10:00 PM. I explained to Theresa that the unit was not what I expected and that I was not comfortable. She agreed to have us move downstairs to another unit the following day for an additional fee. She also stated that we can get a refund and leave. We did not want to deal with the headache of looking for a new place so we opted to move downstairs the next day. I thoroughly explained that we would be out and not return until later that evening. I asked if we could deal with moving when we returned. She agreed to this. Later Saturday afternoon, Theresa sent me voice notes on whatsapp and called to explain that she could not accommodate our request to move to another unit as we were not packed. She along with another person visited our unit without us being present. She was rather rude, aggressive, & very unpleasant. This encounter ruined our activities for that day as we were very frustrated and annoyed after the conversation with Theresa. I must mention that Theresa is responsive but is very abrupt. However, her husband greeted us with a smile and assisted with our luggage. Overall, I would not recommend Cocoplum Rest N Hideaway #2 to anyone. "

There are also a French restaurant nearby the cottage about a 5 minute walk away from the cottage. A pub is also a 5 minute drive away from the cottage it has native Bahamian dishes and also beverages. The Exuma pearl cottage is in a nice and quiet area located in the settlement of Roker's Point Exuma.

- "My stay in Nassau at Cameron's home was absolutely amazing. This home is very cute, comfortable and quaint. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms had lots of towels, and the kitchen was adequately stocked - even had a Keurig. I felt extremely safe being that it was right next door to the US Embassy. Its location is a hidden jewel right in downtown Nassau with restaurants, clubs, and entertainment in walking distance. Margaritaville is literally a 3 minute walk away. Cameron was kind enough to leave wrist bands to enter a near by resort but we spent most of our time at an awesome spot on the beach called Glamp and Chill which was walking distance from the Da Fish Fry. Cameron even recommended an awesome driver (Clement) who picked us up from the airport in a luxury SUV and give us a brief Nassau tour with a history lesson while en route to our weekend stay. I would definitely recommend this home for your trip to Nassau. And I will also recommend that you check out the beautiful beach spot Glamp and Chill!!"

Coral Lakes is a suburb that's located in the western district of Nassau. This neighborhood family oriented and quiet. We boast of over 2 miles of unspoiled Lake that's ideal for family or personal recreation.

Public transportation is available from 6am to 6pm. parking is available with my listing. pick up and drop off from the airport is available at a small cost.

We provide transportation services to the casino, shopping, straw market, Atlantis, site seeing, etc. For a small fee.

The Cottage has two bedrooms and two private bathrooms + a kitchen and a huge living room with dining area as well as an outside area with a beautiful ocean view!
