- "Celebrating a milestone birthday should not require constant cleaning of roaches. And the resolution was a small bottle of roach spray. After constant texting someone came and fumigated which resulted in roaches going belly up and is as paid guests to clean it up. Not cool. The response was it's the islands and there are always roaches. Not in the description before purchase. Still fighting for deposit to be returned. Stay at your own caution."

Beautiful and charming Bahamian cottage in a quiet and safe area on the western side of Nassau. We also have another unit available for 2 more persons on the same property. The cottage has his own modern television and brand new computer that is connected to the television. The beach is very private and only 20 seconds away! The sea is warm and perfect for a romantic escape.

This cottage has its own Air Conditioning. There is a queen sized bed with a brand new mattress for two persons. There is a dining table with four chairs. Your clothes can be washed in the washing machine and there is also a dryer. The kitchen includes a brand new stove(oven combo)and refrigerator. You will also have a dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses and pans. There are (beach)towels enough!

The house all yours! The property has a gate and you will receive a remote to open it. A rental car can be parked within the gates. You will have direct access to our private beach. There is also a BBQ available outside. Outside you may take the zero gravity chairs to any place you want. Feel free to walk around the property!

She was a part of the fantastic experience we had on the island. I have stayed at various hotels across the globe before. Many of them were five-star standard while others were budget-friendly accommodation. To be fair, sounders 2BD itself has a basic setup. It might not make you "wow," but it was cozy and suitable for our group of three. The ambient was simple but home-like. We have had good nights' sleep throughout our stay. Also, the dining area was a perfect setting for Instagram photo opportunities. I love how our food showed off on the blue background of the dining table. There was also basic kitchenware, including cooking pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and glasses for those who love to cook their meals. "

Catherine was very easy to communicate with and immediately responded to all questions. Convenient taxi service - per Catherine’s recommendation we called Michael. He was always on time for pick ups. We told her it was our anniversary and when we arrived there was a beautiful basket of fruit that we ate on for 6 days, a card, snacks, a bottle of wine and complimentary bottled water. She sent us a list of great restaurants to eat and the name of two taxis that gave us a discounted rate for travel. The house has a full-sized kitchen with appliances and there are bath towels and pods to wash your items in the full size washer and dryer. The home also has Wi-Fi, which was great because we had two full days of rain while we there and spent some time binging on Netflix and ordering delivery through the Kraven app (be sure to download). The Wi-Fi went down once. I messaged Catherine and she had a replacement Wi-Fi unit sent over in minutes! I simply cannot say enough great things about Catherine and her communication and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to stay outside of downtown, you can’t go wrong with Catherine’s Cozy Cottage!"

The location is conveniently located 1 minute walk from the bus stop that can take you downtown or to the beach within 10 min. The world famous Fish Fry is a 10 min drive, down town is a 10 min drive and it's a 30 minute walk to Saunders Beach which is the best beach for snorkeling. You will love this one of a kind meeting.

This is a Bahamian neighborhood, don't expect lavish landscape or million dollar homes. Our neighbors consist of a Royal Bahamas Defense force officer on the western side of property named Troy, a phone card and fruit seller named "Rasta" adjacent to the property in a wooden home, a Police Sargent located on the east side of property named "Q" and a welder directly behind the house named "John".
