The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the beach is quiet, shady, and studded with hammocks. The food at the restaurant is excellent. But what makes naia the best is the staff who work there. The front desk is always well staffed with polite and attentive professionals. The wait staff is attentive and kind. And the beach staff, led by Manuel, are knowledgeable and well stocked with all the beach toys (kayaks, SUP). The yoga classes with Jakara were amazing, even my husband loved them who is not a frequent yogi. We will definitely return. "

Stayed at Abezza Resort for 3 nights during our trip to Belize, and Melanie took fantastic care of us while there. She arranged for all of our travel from the airport to the water taxi, all of our private custom tours each day (straight from our hut room), and offers fantastic service from the friendly, personable, and knowledgable local drivers to the tour guides and staff employees. Visited 3 Maya sites while there, Lamanai, Xunantunich, and Altun Ha. All were terrific. Food and food service is excellent there. Had a great time.
