We expected better, especially considering the clear mismatch between the advertised and actual conditions. A further issue: cleaning was not included, which was not clearly stated in the listing. They charge very significant fees for final cleaning for a small apartment — which wasn’t clean when we arrived. The overall impression was of a place that is misrepresented and poorly managed, and where Management does not take responsibility for the guest experience. Avoid this listing at all costs."

The room was the biggest we had in traveling a month in Europe - large and with a bathtub, toiletries including hair conditioner, robes, and in room coffee and beverages.
