This unit is in the Worldmark timeshare resort and is managed by Wyndham, ranked #3 hotel group in the USA (after Hilton and Marriott). Wyndham goes above and beyond industry standards to please us, Worldmark owners, so we would extend their managing contract every year. The resort in Kihei has 200 units and the cleaning and maintenance team keeps them in a perfect shape. I've been fortunate to accumulate a lot of Worldmark vacation points but don't have time to use them all. As my guests you will have all rights and privileges of regular owners. If something breaks or you run out of kitchen and bathroom necessities, simply call the front desk and they will take care of everything right away. The resort is located just across the street from a great beach, Kamaole 1, very calm and kids friendly. Resort also offers a nice outdoor pool, hot tub, a children's pool, barbecue grilling areas as well as fitness and recreational centers. No smoking inside the unit, no pets allowed, must be 21 or older to book. At check-in the resort will ask for a credit or debit card damage hold, fully refundable.

All of the rooms have been nicely renovated within the past few years, however there were parts of the condo that were still old/outdated such as the bifold doors, outlets, switches, and master bath. On the plus side, we had PLENTY of room for our family of five including 3 full-sized teenagers who all insisted on having their own beds. There were air conditioning units in all rooms which was wonderful and having a full kitchen was great. We bought prepared meals from the deli at Costco and saved a lot of money. There were food trucks and a shave ice van by the resort every day, and the food was wonderful. We'd often get lunch or dinner from the food trucks walking from the beach to our building each day. I'd definitely recommend this as a great place to stay for families!"

- "We greatly enjoyed our stay at Worldmark Kihei. The condo was clean, and modern. It looks like recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable. The main bathroom was more spacious than we expected. In general, the condo is more spacious than it looks from the photos. The location is amazing, walking distance to all kinds of stores and restaurants. Right across Kamaole 1. My husband used the gym and the pool, he was happy with it. The only thing I would mention is that the photos or the listing may say/show that the second room has 2 twin beds. The description part of the listing says the second bedroom has a queen bed. We clarified it with the host before we arrived that there is no twin beds available. We brought with us an inflatable twin bed as 2 of our guests preferred sleeping separately. We were able to fit it in the second room. Please note you need to pay for wifi in this resort. It is not too expensive. For 5 devices and 10 days, it was I think 25-30. We loved our stay and plan to be back when we come to Maui."

This 1 Bedroom is located at the very nice Worldmark by Wyndham Resort! Excellent central location, right across the street from the best beaches. Also a short walk to town with restaurants, shopping, bars, activities, etc.
