The property is gorgeous regardless of which house you stay in- our view was Oceanfront and it truly lives up to its description. The food was delicious and some of our favorite meals were at Tah-Xido( we went twice) and Encanta- but we were so happy to have the Mercado available all day and used it often for breakfast/ snacks and ice cream runs. The parks and shuttles were super convenient and it was very easy to plan a day out. One of our favorite things was that we constantly found new and fun surprises to explore like the daily night time shows at the forum, the library in casa Paz, the gorgeous spa and so on. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be coming back. "

- "First time coming to this Paradisus La Perla Resort in Playa Del Carmen. I must say this has been by far one of the best all inclusive experiences at this luxurious resort. We booked a swim suite and it was the best decision we've ever made, as we made the best of our swim up since we arrived. We loved the lagoon pool and the clean beaches. There is so much attention to detail at this resort.. it’s a great place for couples as well as kids and found it to be peaceful although there were a handful of kids at the property during our stay. A few highlights were the breakfast buffet and the beachside service from Paco - these 2 things really made it feel like a luxury vacation. Navigating the property via bikes or by golf carts was a beautiful way to see everything this resort has to offer. I would highly recommend the all inclusive package and would prefer staying on the lagoon side and biking to the beach to get the full experience (plus you’re closer to the amazing breakfast). The main pool is small so if you’re a pool by the beach person or a swim up bar preferred group then this might not be for you. The property is spread out enough for it to be quiet.. the beach was only busy 1 of the days we were there due to an event going on. The beach always had available chairs and ask for Paco if you want immaculate service during your stay. We made our dinner reservations for restaurants on the property 30 days in advance.. dinner was the best at Casa Amate as well as Saffron at Banyan Tree.. both memorable experiences. Lastly we visited the other resort properties and for the cost I would continue going back to Andaz as it’s more affordable. Couldn’t recommend enough and can’t wait to return!"

No complaints other than a couple mornings, the folks below us used up all the hot water for the shower before us but other than that, had no issues. Dining was fantastic as well and it's hard to imagine a more beautiful beach. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and while seemed very appreciative of tips did not treat us any differenly on occasions that we forgot to bring cash for tip. Drinks were fantastic as well. The only real negatives were non working elevators for the duration of our syay in our building(2000 building) and smoking outside of the designated smoking areas was not enforced at all including the resort owned beach area. Being as we are both very sensitive to the smell and the dirtiness of using the sand as an ashtray this was upsetting. "

Boris, Mitchel, Edgar, Carolina, Valeri were amazing they always made sure we had something to do on the resort if it was volleyball, Olympic, bingo, trivia, and so much more! The bartender were so attentive and so much fun Wilbert, Jorge, Marco, Gerardo always made it so much fun and always knew what you wanted. The front desk people were also so awesome Tania was so helpful when booking restaurants and helping us with anything we needed When arriving victor greeted us with two mimosas and helped us to our room with our bags. At night we got to witness a mariachi band flamethrowers, karaoke, and a beach party. The food was good they have a snack bar, buffet and couple restaurants on the resort I love them all! I always felt safe and being here you are also super close to fifth avenue with so many fun shops and cool restaurants as well! Everything was very clean! This was my first time in Mexico and it definitely won’t be my last! If you are looking for a place to relax or have fun they do it all!"

The drinks at the bar were not to our liking, but the bartender had no problem making us what we asked for. Access to the beach by hotel bus takes about 15 minutes. and the beach is like a fairy tale :) soft white sand, gently shelving beach, no stones, beautiful and safe."

We can book any Sandos location and can handle any reservation from just a few nights, to several weeks. We can book multiple rooms for groups traveling together such as weddings or corporate.
We offer several room sizes from Studio to large Two bedroom Suites in any section of the resorts. All bookings come with black wristbands and full RE benefits.

We offer personal service through the platform, messenger, email or phone, and are available before and during your trip to assist with any questions.

If you need to reschedule for any reasons, up to 7 days prior scheduled dates is possible. We recommend our guests to get travel insurances (medical and trip cancellation) in case of natural disaster, political events, travel warning, security warning or others.  With a minimum of 7 days notice, the resort will allow a re-booking and then gives your credit for what is already paid, same for rental portion. 

Important;
Once a reservation is accepted, it’s not automatically confirmed. Meaning we need to book with the hotel and then they will send a confirmation. Everything is done manually. If the room is no longer available, they will offer an upgrade on room type with the appropriate All inclusive fees subjected to that room type. If the reservation can’t be confirmed with the hotel or you don’t accept the upgrade, you can cancel with full refund.
