The property is gorgeous regardless of which house you stay in- our view was Oceanfront and it truly lives up to its description. The food was delicious and some of our favorite meals were at Tah-Xido( we went twice) and Encanta- but we were so happy to have the Mercado available all day and used it often for breakfast/ snacks and ice cream runs. The parks and shuttles were super convenient and it was very easy to plan a day out. One of our favorite things was that we constantly found new and fun surprises to explore like the daily night time shows at the forum, the library in casa Paz, the gorgeous spa and so on. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be coming back. "

- "First time coming to this Paradisus La Perla Resort in Playa Del Carmen. I must say this has been by far one of the best all inclusive experiences at this luxurious resort. We booked a swim suite and it was the best decision we've ever made, as we made the best of our swim up since we arrived. We loved the lagoon pool and the clean beaches. There is so much attention to detail at this resort.. it’s a great place for couples as well as kids and found it to be peaceful although there were a handful of kids at the property during our stay. A few highlights were the breakfast buffet and the beachside service from Paco - these 2 things really made it feel like a luxury vacation. Navigating the property via bikes or by golf carts was a beautiful way to see everything this resort has to offer. I would highly recommend the all inclusive package and would prefer staying on the lagoon side and biking to the beach to get the full experience (plus you’re closer to the amazing breakfast). The main pool is small so if you’re a pool by the beach person or a swim up bar preferred group then this might not be for you. The property is spread out enough for it to be quiet.. the beach was only busy 1 of the days we were there due to an event going on. The beach always had available chairs and ask for Paco if you want immaculate service during your stay. We made our dinner reservations for restaurants on the property 30 days in advance.. dinner was the best at Casa Amate as well as Saffron at Banyan Tree.. both memorable experiences. Lastly we visited the other resort properties and for the cost I would continue going back to Andaz as it’s more affordable. Couldn’t recommend enough and can’t wait to return!"

- "Top notch everything. Very service oriented with helpful and friendly staff, lovely well maintained rooms and property, great food, great white sand beach with nearby reefs. No complaints other than a couple mornings, the folks below us used up all the hot water for the shower before us but other than that, had no issues. Very relaxing and serene setting away from the other resorts that border each other in this part of the Yucatan. At times it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. Saw lots of wildlife on the property encouraged by the still wild areas around it - coatis, raccoons, capybaras and many different types of birds. The coatis will enter your room if you aren’t careful. I was in the bathroom for 2 minutes and left the door to the patio open and discovered one had gotten on top of the dining table in that time.
