The room was musty but we brought an air freshener and moisture traps to help with the humidity. The staff at the resort are top notch from lobby to bar to entertainment team. The beach and grounds are tended to regularly and we saw a crew of twenty in the mornings to pick up trash from the day before by hand along the beach. - "This is a brand new property and incredibly lovely. We were looking for something quiet and that’s exactly what we got. So perfect! No loud techno music or obnoxious hoots and howls from the pool. Very respectful of everyone’s relaxation time. There are things to do if you choose, however. The pools are immaculate and the property foliage new and ready to grow into a gorgeous jungle. Restaurants are great and there is only a breakfast buffet (all a la carte otherwise). Gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have seen, very complete. Pools are heated with plenty of seating, each with an umbrella. Service is good, but you can tell that they are still a bit understaffed as restaurant service was sometimes slow. Property is a bit "bare" looking since it is brand new, but the vegetation will grow in over time. Highly recommend."
