In this mini studio of 10 m², "everything is mini, intimate and pleasant": a mini bedroom of 8 m² with a bed (140 cm wide x 190 in length) equipped with a mosquito net (this was not the case when taking the photo); a mini bathroom of 1 m² (toilet, sink, shower with hot water); a mini kitchenette of 1 m² to make a small dishes; small fridge; small table +chair for teleworking (the "Fibre" gives a very good Internet connection of more than 20Mbps).
Under the bed there is room for several suitcases.
This small studio is made for one person. However, two people can stay there: people who love a cocooning and intimate atmosphere and agree to adapt to this very small space.
The studio is located on the first floor of the "Château de Sable", in front of the flowered terrace. The flowered terrace is the favorite place of the renter of the Studio ... and also birds.

The 3 windows give good ventilation and ventilation of the studio. They also allow you to... enjoy the joy of being awakened in the morning by the SONG OF THE BIRDS.

There is also access to a small kitchen that is located on the flowered terrace. 5. the listing is cleaned once a week by our trusted housekeeper (in the presence or absence of the guest, depending on their preference).
