The front staff was fantastic. Extremely pleasant, informative, and helpful. Any concerns were quickly answered. When we visit Kingston again we will surely stay at the Donald Gordon. "

I ended up calling the hotel myself. Check-in is at 3pm (not 4 as per the listing). Parking is free and plentiful. Found some good deals at the outlet mall nearby but it could use a serious update. Hotel room was good, comfy bedding but the bathroom was dated. Felt the covid protocol was very good in the hotel and we felt safe. If you want to use the pool, book early as the times fill up fast. Hot tub is closed. Short, easy ride down to the waterfront so location is very convenient. Have a great trip!"

The house is located an 8 minute walk from Princess and Montreal intersection where you will find many great cafes, restaurants and bars. The waterfront trail is about 10 minutes walk from the house and is a beautiful place to go for a walk or a bike ride.

Our house is usually home to 6 upper year university students and young professionals who are clean quiet and friendly. There is a huge living room with widescreen TV for you to use as well at 2 shared bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry room and a back garden with picnic table.

This is the ideal place if you walk or cycle and we have secure bike parking and all of downtown Kingston is walkable from the house. If you are driving you can park for free in the streets either side of and behind the house (Bay Street, Raglan Road and Syndenham Street) with the exception of 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm Monday to Friday when it is permit only. If you need to park during these times If you need to park during those times the nearest paid parking is the Rideaucrest or Ordenance Parking lot and you can use the HONK app to pay. If you are taking buses, the Number 1 and 801 go right past the house.
