- "Serge and Francois have created a little paradise in Barcelonnette. The property gardens and pool area and immaculate. You wouldn’t have a clue that the owners are around as they are very discreet. The walk into town is about 20 minutes. My youngest is 10 and we did this most nights and was easy. A safe river path no cars most of the way. Plenty to do in a around the area. From rafting and walk boarding at the lac in Jausiers. We had a great time and the property is excellent value for money. Great for older kids and teenagers as a mix of lazy pool days and activities. We flew into Turin and although a 3 hour drive the roads are great and clear. Our eldest 2 bussed from nice where they were already and it was cheap and reliable for them to reach us. Great family stay. Loads of room in property with 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 bigger kids. Would definitely return with all the crew."
