This new accommodation (Feb 2023), peaceful and cozy, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. We have decorated and equipped it for us, for you, so that you can feel at home! Enjoy the hiking departures 30 m from the chalet, the Labrau chairlift nearby, and above all the calm of the place with a magnificent view of the mountains. You also have a private parking space attached to the chalet and guest parking is possible nearby.

The space
On the ground floor, a large living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, closed cupboard with washing-drying machine, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower cabin and access to the 14 m2 terrace through two French doors.
The sofa bed in the living room offers a double bed in 160 for more comfort.

On the first floor, 1 mountain corner with bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, as well as a large bedroom with a 160 bed and a French door leading to a balcony with a breathtaking view.
In the bedroom, you will also find a desk area with a monitor.

We offer you our small cottage located in Super Allos for 4/5 people composed of a large terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and the Seignus ski area and 15 minutes from the Foux d 'Allos, in a warm atmosphere and decoration after a day of skiing or hiking...

The space
The Chalet measures about 58 m² on 2 levels in a soft and warm atmosphere to enjoy up to 5 people.
It consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs:
- an attic bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200)
- an attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200)
- an extra bed is possible on a sofa bed (135 x 200).

It has a heated entrance airlock with coat racks and shoe bins that isolates from the outside.
On the ground floor, the living space consists of a large open room with kitchen, living room and dining room to enjoy family moments.

The space
The chalet is located in the Super Allos subdivision 1 km from the center of the village of Allos, its shops and leisure base. It is also close to the two Val d 'Allos ski resorts.
It enjoys lovely views of the mountains of the Seignus resort. The very pleasant interior design has been recently renovated.
The chalet on 3 levels consists of a living space on the 1st floor overlooking a terrace with 2 pretty attic rooms on the 2nd floor. Entry is through the ground floor composed of a large room dedicated to storing things (very convenient in winter...).

Guest access
Renters have access to the whole chalet. The chalet is on three levels with the main entrance on the ground floor. The ground floor also makes it easy to store clothes and various ski accessories.
Important information: For recent work reasons, the fireplace is not in working order and should not be used.

Le Hameau de la Foux is a charming subdivision of about thirty chalets and a hotel with sauna and a shared pool of which we are co-owners.. There is a small boule court just in front of the house and free parking.

The village center is a 20 minute walk by a path along the river or by road... free shuttles run all day in season.

The space
Nordic wooden chalet for 6-8 people with an area of 75 m2 on 2 levels. It is surrounded by a garden with a large wooden fixed table.
- on the first floor: 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine ( 2 double beds and 2 single beds ) with shower, sink, toilet and a specific water heater for the shower.
- on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and separate toilet, an open kitchen with hot plate, microwave with oven mode, fridge and dishwasher, a dining/living room with fireplace. The terrace is facing south with plastic table/chairs, wooden bench and armchairs and electric barbecue.

The chalet is composed of three levels:

Upstairs, you will find a master suite with a double bed, an open bathroom with shower/sink and storage. View of the forest and the ski slopes from the floor (Le Seignus resort).

In the entrance of the chalet, you will find a bench, coat racks, a separate toilet and you will have access to a living room open to a lounge equipped with a 3-seater sofa, a bench, a TV. You will find an equipped kitchen (L'Or Barista capsule L'Or Nespresso-compatible espresso machine), a table that can accommodate 6 people (plancha, raclette, fondue, pancake maker available). The wood stove is located in the center of the room between the living room and the dining room.
Guests can enjoy the south-facing wooden terrace with winter sunshine until 5pm, a real solarium, with a mesmerizing 180° view of the mountains (Seignus resort, La Dame Couchée mountain and valley towards Foux d'Allos). A staircase leads to the garden from this terrace

To access the 25 m2 family room, you will go down a staircase (via a hatch) located in the entrance, this one entirely in wood has a double bed, two bunk beds. A relaxation corner with board games/books/an armchair, ideal for quiet moments with the little ones. A closed bathroom with shower/toilet/Scandinavian-style sink is also located there. A closet with a rod to store your belongings, as well as a laundry room with a washer-dryer, freezer and space to store your ski, bike and hiking equipment.

A pleasant 400 m2 garden surrounds the cottage with stunning views of the mountains awaiting you. You will find a second wooden terrace with a swing, ideal for snacking.

Cleaning is included in the listing, it is compulsorily carried out by our concierge.

Free parking is located 60 meters from the chalet, you will take a path to get to the accommodation.
Be careful in winter and during frost, access can be slippery and difficult for the elderly or people with limited mobility!!!

Our chalet is located 2 km by car from the cable cars connecting the Seignus resort (toboggan run, ski lift, ESF) and the Leisure Center (swimming, pedal boat, mini-golf, canoeing, tennis, children's games, tree climbing... in summer) shops, bakery, press, restaurants... You can walk down to the village by a marked path in the forest, the ascent on foot will warm you up for your future hikes. You will also be a 15-minute drive (free shuttle available from Allos in winter season) from the Espace Lumière de la Foux d'Allos resort.

We reserve the cottage primarily for a family composition or "non-festive" stays with friends.

Parties and loud music are not allowed, quiet place for moments conducive to rest (board games available).
