Upon arrival: Two private parking spaces are available at the entrance.



The main entrance of the house serves the first floor consisting of:

• From a master suite: Queen size bed, outdoor access via a French door, closets, private bathroom (shower, WC, sink).

• Second bedroom: Queen size bed, closets, panoramic view of the Mediterranean landscape.

• Third bedroom: Double bed (140x190), wardrobes & mezzanine with additional sleeping space (140x190, ideal for children).

•Main bathroom: Shower, bathtub, double sink.

• Office/library space to work or read in complete peace and quiet.



You have an interior staircase to reach the ground floor:

• Spacious living room: Large sofa, armchairs, TV, free Wi-Fi, access to the terrace.

Our house, with a refined and raw design, is surrounded by a privileged environment a stone's throw from the majestic Château de Crémat, in the immediate vicinity of wine estates.



The villa is arranged as follows:



- The ground floor begins with an entrance with independent WC, then the space opens onto a bright living room with open kitchen & adjoining living room.



- The kitchen is fully equipped, it has the following equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, necessary utensils and crockery for 10 people.



- The dining area & the kitchen open onto a beautiful terrace with pergola, table & chairs to accommodate 10 people, Weber charcoal barbecue which overlook the grounds of the house. At the back of the grounds, for a holiday with the rhythm of the Riviera, you can enjoy a pétanque court with a breathtaking view!



- The living room is composed of a large sofa with chaise longue & armchair, Smart TV & free Wifi connection. The living room leads to a balcony with an exceptional & panoramic view of the Baou de St Jeannet & the Cap d’Antibes.



- To the left of the kitchen, the corridor extends onto an off-center part of the house serving a laundry room, then 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both equipped with Queen Size beds (160x200) and benefiting from a bay window with access in the garden. Between the two bedrooms you will have a bathroom with bathtub, WC & vanity unit.



- Then at the left end of the villa, on the mezzanine, is the third bedroom also with a Queen size bed and its bathroom at the bottom of the stairs.



- Returning to the living room, you will find a rough staircase (it does not have a safety railing, only serves one room), leading to the master suite. The latter is composed of a King Size bed (180x200) with dressing room & adjoining bathroom (WC, shower, vanity unit).



- On the lower level of the house, also accessible by stairs, you will have a fifth and final bedroom (Queen Size bed) with its adjoining bathroom.



- Finally, on this same level there is a relaxation and entertainment area. This room is equipped with an overhead projector, a games console and comfortable armchairs/beanbags. The bay window opens onto the outside and onto a ping pong table to enhance your stay with friendly moments & a beautiful salt-treated swimming pool (unheated).



Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has cupboard/storage space for the comfort of your stay. All windows and bay windows are equipped with electric blackout blinds for the comfort of your nights.



The villa has access and a private parking area (which can accommodate several vehicles, 2 of which can be shaded). Its maximum capacity is 10 people.



In terms of accessibility, the house is only 12 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport for a simplified arrival, it is even accessible by public transport via tram line 3 then bus number 52. To reach the city center of Nice, the easiest way is to drive by car for a journey of around 20-25 minutes. It is possible to get there by public transport from the villa, however it requires at least 2 changes.



During family vacations or with friends, the region is full of outdoor activities and outings. In the immediate vicinity, don't hesitate to treat yourself to a wine tasting in the sun at the magnificent Château de Crémat or a visit to the Candy stables!
