The apartment has three rooms, kitchen and bathroom for a total of 70 squared meters, recently renovated and well furnished at only 50 meters from the ski slopes.
It’s organized in two levels: on the first floor there is an entrance and a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large private terrace facing the slopes with deckchairs and a parasol. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double with a terrace of 5 x 3 my, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fitted wardrobes in all rooms.

From the apartment it is possible to walk to the center of the village through a picturesque narrow road bordering the ski slopes.

Prato Nevoso is a ski resort in the province of Cuneo, above Mondovì, in the splendid setting of the Maritime Alps. The area offers over 130 km of downhill slopes and 1 of cross-country skiing for skiers of all levels with over 31 ski lifts including chair lifts, ski lifts and carpets, open from December to April thanks to programmed snow, 1 snow park and reserved slopes for snowboarders, the Prato Nevoso night facility is open four nights a week from 20 to 23.30 snow play areas.
In the whole area the "hands free" system works which allows you to ski without ever stamping the ski pass.
A short distance away you will also find the Terme di Lurisia, a hydrothermal institute immersed in an extraordinary landscape and the hills of the Langhe, where you can spend a day dedicated to food and wine, visiting the cellars where Barolo and Barbaresco are produced and savoring excellences food and wine of the land of the White Truffle of Alba.
