Reachable only by stairs, the entrance floor to the the Floor 1 is dedicated to the open-plan living area with a large living room with a fireplace, panoramic windows, and an exit onto the terrace (equipped in the summer). The terrace holds a breathtaking view over the valley, separated by a spacious dining room and an American-style fitted kitchen with two dishwashers, a microwave, two Nespresso machines, an oven, and a large two-door fridge with an ice maker.

The upper floors, Floor 2 and 3, allow you to relax in total privacy and offer. Le Chalet du Coq Rouge is the meticulous and faithful renovation of an old mansion dating back to the 1700s.

Within its stone walls you can still breathe that warm and welcoming atmosphere typical of the mountains. The dwelling is spread over three floors. On the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, the kitchen, a spacious dining room and a service bathroom. Chalet MiRo can only be reached on foot for about 200 meters from the parking lot along a path that winds its way through the village of La Servaz, between stone houses and rustic chalets. We are in a very quiet area, where you need to have a car; in summer it is possible to walk to the town center in a few minutes. In fact, several paths branch off in front of the house and slowly penetrate the wild charm of the high mountain forests. The ski lifts of the ski area, also active in summer, are also a two-minute drive away.

It was born in 2020 from an innovative eco-sustainable project in the hamlet of Crepen, a reserved and perfect context for a "walking distance" mountain holiday. You can reach the slope and the Valtournenche cable car starting from the private road in front of the house which leads directly to the ski lifts; or along the naturalistic path, you can reach the town center in 4 minutes. There are numerous walking paths that branch off from the house. Arranged on two levels of 80 square meters with an independent entrance, it offers a modern equipped kitchen, heated floors, an air recycling system and a ski room with an electric boot dryer. The garden and outdoor area are equipped with deckchairs, a BBQ, a dining area, a terrace, and a private parking area. Piccolo Sogno Chalet is 800 meters from some of the best skiing in the high alps. The chalet is spread over 3 floors and a loft. It has an open plan living area with a modern kitchen and a wonderful woodburner fireplace, the lounge/dinning area has two glass French doors which open onto a balcony looking down the valley.
The chalet is self catering.

The space
Piccolo Sogno has 4 decent bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open floor plan with kitchen and living room. There is an additional sleeping option with 2 beds in the basement which will be nice if you so wish. Personally, I think it is best with 8 people, but the chalet is equipped for 10 people. I have both Weber and stationary grills that you can use, clean after use. Coal and kindling material are available in the village. When the weather permits, I have a lounge piece of furniture outside for nice hanging out on the terrace. The chalet is non-smoking, which also applies to the lounge furniture.

In Valtournenche and Cervinia (15-minute drive), you'll find restaurants offering delightful Aosta Valley cuisine, with the possibility to try a pizza that's definitely worth tasting, even if you're far from Naples. The Aosta Valley cuisine is quite rich and hearty due to the predominantly cold climate and the many outdoor activities that have always characterized this region. Besides the delicious Fontina Dop cheese from the Aosta Valley, which is especially enjoyed during fun fondue nights with friends, the hearty soups and typical cheese and cold cut platters, the region boasts a variety of traditional dishes, such as the famous carbonade, not to be confused with the Roman carbonara.

The carbonade from the Aosta Valley is a dish made with tender beef stew cooked in wine, usually served with a side of polenta. Ideal for families and large groups of up to 18 people looking for an unforgettable stay among incredible views surrounded by the scenery of the Alps.

Located in one of the most fascinating and comfortable corners of Valtournenche, from where numerous walks branch off towards spectacular panoramic points just a stone's throw from the center, reachable both by road and by a path in the woods. Three minutes by car from the Cime Bianche cable car with a direct connection to Cervinia-Zermatt. It’s a dream awakening for those who love authentic mountain atmospheres and large spaces with a fireplace, panoramic terraces, hydromassage spa tub and chromotherapy, garage, ski room with boot warmers, garden, large windows and breathtaking views of the majestic Valtournenche valley. Just like every crystal of snow, Chalet Seventy One is unique, a building dating back to 1971, and was completely renovated in 2019. The project has given a new face to the structure and the interiors have been completely redesigned to give life to a modern holiday structure arranged on 4 spacious and sumptuous floors of 100 sqm each.

Characteristics
Reachable only by stairs, the entrance floor to the the Floor 1 is dedicated to the open-plan living area with a large living room with a fireplace, panoramic windows, and an exit onto the terrace (equipped in the summer). The terrace holds a breathtaking view over the valley, separated by a spacious dining room and an American-style fitted kitchen with two dishwashers, a microwave, two Nespresso machines, an oven, and a large two-door fridge with an ice maker.

The upper floors, Floor 2 and 3, allow you to relax in total privacy and offer. On the floor 2 are two double bedrooms (queen beds), both with en suite bathrooms with showers, and two twin bedrooms (single beds) with a full bathroom with shower. On the floor 3 are a double bedroom (queen bed) and a twin bedroom with two single beds and one full bathroom with shower.

The ground floor offers an independent apartment up to 6 people in total privacy compared to the other floors, with a second kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, and a large fridge. The large living room has an exit to the terrace with a fantastic whirlpool spa tub with chromotherapy. There is also a double bedroom (queen bed) and a bedroom perfect for children with two bunk beds and a complete bathroom with a large shower and bathtub.

Le Chalet du Coq Rouge is the meticulous and faithful renovation of an old mansion dating back to the 1700s.
Within its stone walls you can still breathe that warm and welcoming atmosphere typical of the mountains. The dwelling is spread over three floors. On the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, the kitchen, a spacious dining room and a service bathroom.

Other things to note
The sleeping area occupies the second and third floors: here are distributed a bedroom with a loft and a double bed, a twin bedroom, one with a full-size bed, the bathroom and two small double bedrooms with their respective "private" bathrooms.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden that allows you to enjoy the larch forest that houses the chalet on the floor.

Animals are welcome if well-behaved.
Security cameras are only present at the entrance of the property, there are no audio recording device.
