The two-story chalet for up to six people is very comfortably furnished. The furnishings consist of light solid wood furniture, the spacious living / dining room is equipped with a romantic wood stove, which provides cozy warmth in every season and creates a homely atmosphere.
The open kitchen has a dishwasher and large work and storage areas, so that even large menus can be conjured up and served directly at the dining area.

One of the oldest buildings in Zinal, Les Violettes is a authentic two-bedroom chalet built in 1803. Completely renovated in 2017, the interior was modernized and equipped with the latest technology while the essence of the 1803 chalet remains intact. The chalet offers majestic views of the mountains and benefits from its unique location in the center of the village steps away from the cable car, grocery stores, restaurants serving local specialties, and a pool and spa.

The living room is spacious and furnished with a classically Swiss touch. The original walls have been preserved and the room features the stone stove that heated the chalet in the 1800s. Today, under floor heating provides a comfortable and consistent temperature. A modern sofa mixes with furniture and souvenirs from earlier times. Two sunny balconies are accessible from the living room and provide views of the mountain summits.

The kitchen has everything you need to make your stay tasty. It is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. The space
I specify that this is a private rental, and not an agency. Comfortable 4-room chalet (3 bedrooms, living-dining room with fireplace) for 6 to 7 people, ideal for 4 adults and three children. We regularly use this accommodation ourselves. It is therefore well equipped and practical from every point of view. In addition, everything is nearby (5 minutes walk) : the village center with its shops and restaurants, access to the ski area, the municipal swimming pool with its new SPA.

In summer and autumn, we provide you with the Anniviers Liberté Passes which allow you to visit the Val d'Anniviers for FREE (swimming pools, tennis, minigolf, ski lifts, postal buses ... everything is completely free!)

In winter, Zinal and all the Val d'Anniviers resorts are part of the Magic Pass offer.

Zinal is a beautiful little mountain village with a family atmosphere. Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts will find what they are looking for here, walking the many hiking trails in summer or putting on skis in winter.

You will fall under the spell of the Val d'Anniviers: picturesque villages such as Grimentz, Saint-Luc, Chandolin - the highest village in Europe inhabited all year round - are easily accessible by postal bus or by car, summer and winter. ; you will be able to admire there among others the typical raccards, a sort of attic on stilts, which were used to protect the provisions from rodents.
In the village of Zinal, do not miss a drink at "Bar-e-Vox", the village's latest wine bar, in which part of the old Tracuit hut has been reconstructed.

In winter, ski passes allow you to ski in all areas of the Val d'Anniviers, which can be reached free of charge by post bus. The MAGIC PASS is also valid there!
After a few hours of skiing, a break is in order, and, in the middle of the slopes of Sorebois (Zinal ski area), the Buvette la Marmotte will welcome you with open arms with its specialties such as panicella, pancakes or chocolate from he is.

Zinal can easily be reached by public transport. From Sierre station, a postal bus will take you to your destination via a dizzying road. From the bus stop, it takes a maximum of 10 minutes on foot to the chalet.
