- "We are snowboarders, so we are glad, what ski bus station is not far away (5 minutes walk up the hill) and the free bus is going to Champoluc. In the house are plenty space for 10 or more persons - kitchen is full of facilities, in the sitting room are many table games, interesting books. In the lower floor is heated room for ski equipment and laundering. Reachable only by stairs, the entrance floor to the the Floor 1 is dedicated to the open-plan living area with a large living room with a fireplace, panoramic windows, and an exit onto the terrace (equipped in the summer). The terrace holds a breathtaking view over the valley, separated by a spacious dining room and an American-style fitted kitchen with two dishwashers, a microwave, two Nespresso machines, an oven, and a large two-door fridge with an ice maker.

The upper floors, Floor 2 and 3, allow you to relax in total privacy and offer. On the floor 2 are two double bedrooms (queen beds), both with en suite bathrooms with showers, and two twin bedrooms (single beds) with a full bathroom with shower. Tori has been incredibly patient with our various reschedulings over the last year, due to the pandemic, and very helpful with tips and suggestions for places to eat out, ski hire etc. We were a group of 14 and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all finished to a high specification and accommodated us all easily. We relaxed in the evenings by the central log fire, playing cards and board games after a long day on the slopes - just perfect! It has been a really wonderful week and we would highly recommend this beautifully-appointed, cosy chalet for a large group. We were all very sad to leave and would absolutely love to return there one day!"

Baita you come along the road, the car park is about 200 square meters from home, and you have to follow a small path in the midst of two fields. Lo chalet è stato restaurato con un piano conservativo e risale al 1860. Inserito in un villaggio antico completamente ristrutturato, è composto da 3 piani e un ala laterale indipendente con zona cottura, camera matrimoniale e bagno.
La parte principale è composta da cucina abitabile per 8 persone con stufa a legna e bagno a piano terra, salotto retrostante con caminetto, SMART TV, 2 poltrone letto accostabili e soppalco con divani letto.
Al primo piano 2 camere singole e bagno; al terzo piano la camera matrimoniale con lettino e bagno

- "The house is pretty, quaint, organized, clean. It is very well equipped with everything needed. Great coffee machine, Oven, Gas, fireplace, Washer and dryer (in one machine, about 8 hour cycle). There are pictures on the walls, Nice lamps etc. It is a 10 minute drive from the main road from Chatillon to Cervinia, up a windy road on the side of the mountain, There are nice trails leading to this minuet village that has a parking and a few houses connected with cobblestone walks between them. The view is beautiful looking to the mountains of Aosta valley. No Stores, Buses, Schools or anything just the view and the Mountains on spot. Patrizia gave all the info we needed before arriving, she was very helpful. A few things you might want to know: 1/ The house is open space with internal balconies, this means there are only 2 private rooms with doors, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The other rooms are not very private. 2/ There is a cobblestone walk from parking to house, and you have to be able to carry your suitcases. 3/ The house is basically two connected apartments the connection is through a bathroom. 4/Be careful not to use too many of the electric appliances at once, We had a fuse blow, we sat in the dark for like an hour because Patricia was unavailable and the fuse is locked out of the house. It was nerve wracking. 5/ The trash has to be separated, there are pails for it outside but no trash collection. We stayed a week and the trash overflowed, you cannot get rid of the trash on you own since it is regulated in the whole area. 6/There is a fireplace, wood is not included. We bought wood in the hardware store on the main road. 7/ Heat. We felt the house was cold., Especially that we had a baby with us, After some back and forth it got better. The basic heat setting is 18-20 degrees in the different rooms. For us it was chilly. We had a great time; We Enjoyed, and the special house will be well remembered."
