General information on Crans Montana: The Crans-Montana ski and golf resort is just a 3 minute car or bus ride away from the chalet. The ski season runs from the beginning of December to mid April. With the new "Magic Pass", its now not so expensive to ski in Switzerland. The ski slopes cover a huge area and range in altitude between 1500 and 3000 metres. There are 6 cable cars, 6 chairlifts, and numerous button bars, servicing the slopes. The majority of the runs are of an intermediate or easy level, and there are several ski and snowboard schools in the area. There are open views on the mountains and there is a great meadow in front of the chalet for children to play. We stayed in winter and had a lot of snow so our daughter enjoyed going with the sleigh down the small hills. We had to use chains to go up and down the last part of the road ( from the main road to Crans-Montana to the chalet ) because it had snowed a lot, but it was no problem. Communication with the owner was great and he was very helpful explaining everything!"

- "100 points for this house. A lovely place and very large and spacious. With our family with children, we had plenty of space to not be on each other's lips all the time. Large comfortable sofas, so you can all sit together, a large space between the sitting area and the dining area, to put things down or for the children to play. Multiple toilets, very nice with a large group and not 1 but 2 bathrooms. Cross the street and there is a field to play in. Children have sledged here and we have built small jumps for them. The owner is incredibly friendly and very pleasant on the phone. Belvilla also helped us enormously with our really last-minute booking. Thanks to both!"
