The total length of The Inspiration is 24 feet and the width is 9 feet. It has many of the things you would expect to find at home including: a microwave, TV with DVD, internet access, good Wi-Fi, towels, linen and utensils.
It has 2 rooms…one is the shower room and the rest of the open-plan living space has the sitting area, bedroom and kitchenette. Bed size is 4 ft x 6ft 3”
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
A FEW HIGHLIGHTS ABOUT STAYING WITH INSPIRATION ON THE MARINA:
THE INSPIRATION - This is a cosy space and it is finished to a high spec. It is clean, elegant and charming.
THE VIEW - The majority of postcards that you will see of this area have the same gorgeous view that you will have from your deck, the beautiful sea and harbour views.
SWIMMING - You can walk 5 minutes to go for a swim at the closest beach, there is a huge sea pool 10 minutes’ walk away and there are about 10 stunning beaches that are a short drive from the marina.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
PARTY VENUE
As this is not a party venue, if you think that there will be singing, loud noise and loud music, it would be better to choose another location for your party please.
SMOKING -
For your safety there is no smoking permitted in or on The Inspiration or the Marina, the smoking point is on the promenade.
CHARMING SOUNDS
Under the roof of The Inspiration, there is a thick layer of honeycomb heat and sound insulation, for weather and noise protection. When you stay on a marina, you will have the sound of the sea, maybe the sounds of the masts from the sailing boats, perhaps you will hear the sea gulls and sometimes you may also hear the seals. These are unwanted noises for some people, yet charming holiday sounds for others.
COMFY BEDS
The comfy double bed has a very thick mattress and it is the size of a standard small double bed: 4 ft x 6ft 3” The single sofa bed also has a very comfortable mattress.
STABILITY
It is worth noting that even in rough weather, the water inside the marina is calm and as The Inspiration is on a catamaran-like structure, it is comparatively stable. You may find it easier to walk on the path between the boats when wearing flat shoes rather than high shoes / stilettos as it is like walking on decking with grooves.
A LITTLE MORE CONVENIENCE
The Inspiration has a toilet and a hot-water shower but you are more likely to want to use the large, private and very nice shower rooms on the marina. As shown in the photos, each private shower room on the marina has a large shower, large mirror, toilet, hair dryer and plenty of space, they even have soft-music-playing and under-floor heating! It is a nice and comfortable set up. This is a just by the marina office and there is also a laundry room for guests and those laundry machines are coin operated.

- "We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. The weather wasn't great but that didn't matter, it was a short walk to catch the ferry to the Barbican and from there we visited mount edgecombe and went on boat tours. The bridge restaurant at the marina was fab just ask for a children's menu if needed. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you xxx"

- "Staying at this property was an adventure in itself. If you are looking to step back from the hustle and bustle of modern life this will be perfect for you. Our children (7,8 & 12) spent the days running around the private woodland, paddling on the boat, toasting marshmallows on the fire and laughing. Whilst the property has no electric you can charge devices and retrieve ice packs from the barn. If you want to explore locally you are spoilt for choice! We will be returning."

If the surrounding area was anything to go by, the Retreat itself will certainly not disappoint, with its own dog walking meadow, abundant flora and fauna, spellbinding bay views and the South West Coast Path sat right on your doorstep, this Coast and Country Park offers an idyllic trip back to nature and simpler times. With its quaint meandering roads, lack of large supermarkets, enchanting hillside valleys and snippets of Victorian trinkets in the way of old cast iron street lamps and red post-boxes (now turned into lending libraries), Lynmouth Holiday Retreat, like the surrounding area, celebrates its enchanting history, natural beauty and varied landscapes at the very heart of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Celebrating a birthday or special event? Why not order a bottle of Champagne to the booking, so your holiday begins as soon as you check in! Our friendly team are on hand and happy to help in any way they can, whether this is offering advice on the many wonderful walks in the area, recommending the best places to eat or visit for a day out.
WIFI is available during your stay with us. It can however be limited at times, due to our location the signal/speed isn’t always great and the infrastructure within the Exmoor National Park, especislly at busier periods.
Want to plan your visit? Why not download the Coast & Country Parks App, containing all the information about the Retreat, as well as a full list of recommended places to visit, beaches and restaurants to name but a few!. Dogs welcome (on leads)

Perfect for families, or for 1 or 2 couples looking for complete relaxation & privacy, this luxurious modern yacht has it all!
Two, VERY separate & private master double/treble bedrooms.
Luxurious & spacious living space.
Kitchen (all mod cons)
Your superb floating apartment is perfect for:
-A family of four or five
-Two couples
-One couple (Only pay the two guest rate)
Café’s, restaurants, pubs & a swimming/kayaking/paddle boarding safe beach are just a two minute level walk away.
The space
A read of the multiple 5* Star reviews we have received from our past guests best explains why they have fallen in love with Brixham and staying on our immaculately clean, pristine & luxuriously comfortable yacht Gin Odyssey.
Effectively a floating two double bedroomed, centrally heated, fan cooled self-catering apartment, our yacht was especially built to accommodate one or two couples or a family group of two adults and two or three children, in exceptional comfort.
With immaculate white leather and cherry wood throughout, the luxury interior is truly astounding. The king size double beds are supremely comfortable. (One King size bed can be converted into two single beds or a huge triple bed for three children as required).
The indoor living & dining space is incredibly spacious & airy (7 feet headroom) and is fully equipped with central heating, HD Digital TV & DVD, a multi-speaker/sub woofer sound system, large dining table and sumptuous soft leather sofa seating to watch a favourite movie and snuggle up on.
Up on deck, guests revel in the breath-taking harbour views when relaxing on the cockpit sunbeds and scatter cushions around the canopied teak cockpit table.
The foredeck sunbeds offer peace and tranquillity for those wanting to escape, kick back and sunbathe with a good book or magazine.
Many guests enjoy taking their breakfasts at the nearby Breakwater Cafe (5 mins away) and of course lunch and dinner at the many nearby pubs, restaurants and cafes which are just a few minutes level walk away around the harbour promenade. (We provide all information on board)
Alternatively, if cooking on holiday is your thing, the galley kitchen on board is fully equipped with a large integrated refrigerator, microwave oven, brand new induction hob, toaster, kettle and toasted sandwich maker. Perfect for sampling and cooking some of Brixham's freshly caught seafood if the mood takes you!
In colder months (or in the evening if ever needed) integrated warm air central heating quickly warms the yacht’s interior in seconds.
Getting off & on board is safe and easy, with no climbing required.
In the bow, the supremely comfortable owner’s king size bedroom has its own en suite Powder room with sink and mirror. Perfect for couples who enjoy revelling in luxury & privacy.
Far away in the aft of the yacht, the equally comfortable and even more spacious second bedroom, offers a palatial super king size double bed. As detailed above, this can also be converted into two single beds, or a three child triple bed according to your pre-stay instruction. All bedding is new Egyptian soft cotton sheets, pillows and duvets. The fresh mattresses are all supremely comfortable.
All boats in the marina are naturally precluded from flushing toilets & shower water into the pristine Brixham harbour & Marina waters, so whilst staying on board, guests use the private (key card entry only) immaculate and newly refurbished MDL Marina WC 's & luxury showers - These are just seconds away from the yacht and are perfect for freshening up before heading out to experience the many fantastic eateries and watering holes of Brixham!
Our gorgeous Marina is a perfect fit for this showstopper of a yacht. Enjoy the stunning views across Brixham inner harbour, and seawards across Torbay, where each evening the famous 'Brixham Sunset' lazily sinks into the bay. For your maximum comfort, the yacht is deliberately berthed on a pontoon adjacent to the comforting shelter of the Brixham Breakwater.
To facilitate shaded alfresco outdoor lounging and dining in the cockpit, a sun cap bimini sunshade is in place. (Can be removed on request)
Unshaded sunbathing on the lounger padded sunbeds on the bow deck area is equally popular!
Guest access
You will have the privacy of the entirety of the yacht.
Other things to note
FOOTWEAR.
To preserve the yacht’s immaculate teak deck and flooring there is a mandatory ‘no street footwear on board’ policy. All shoes are to be removed on the dock before setting foot onboard. Either non-marking deck shoes or barefoot are the only options please.
