We were a family of 4 and we stayed in the family suite. It was perfect! We had two bedrooms with a little sitting area in between with a kitchenette. The room was spotless and very inviting. The staff, they were probably the friendliest that we had on our 5 week tour of Italy.They went out of their way to see we were Ok and chatted to us about Australia. We had dinner that night at the hotel and it was superb! Breakfast the next morning was also great. Next time in Italy I think we will stay in this hotel a little longer and explore the area. This is house is something we really love and made for our family. A place nearby Rome where to slow down time and have excellent relax without having to travel far away. We are an expat family that lived around the world, anyway wherever we will move in the future we will always keep this house as our little treasure.

It has the typical features of old medieval townhouses with the comfort of the modern times. It is organised on four levels connected by stairs: On the ground floor you'll enter in the cosy living room with fireplace and open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and stove, on the 1st floor there is a comfortable master bedroom with queen-size bed and a mix of antique and modern furniture, the functional bathroom with his own huge shower, the washing machine is also a dryer and is located in his own lawndry wardrobe, on the 2nd floor there is the "mansarda", that is set up as studio with a desk, an armchair, a comfy single bed that might be turned in to a queen bed. In the mansarda we even created an extra sink with cold and hot water for your comfort. There is also the possibility to install an hammock between wooden beams. From the mansarda through a robust wooden ladder and a roof hatch you can reach the terrace overlooking the old town and the lake where you have a sun-bed, armchair, dining table for four and BBQ, a parasol as well as a small water fountain, a small light and AC plug.

The property itself is a lovely villa with a large garden and fantastic pool, the space swallowed the 7 of us with plenty of room to spare. The location is an easy walk to the shops, lake and restaurants, as well as the old part of the town; yet with a short drive to the station, also very easy access into Rome. We would definitely recommend."
