Two couches in living room, both of which have queen pull out beds for sleeping additional guests, Wood burning stove in living room, master suite with walk in closet and custom shower, huge fenced in yard, nice deck in back with hot tub. Only issue would be that he is super tall and couldn't sleep on the bigger bed due to the foot board on it. He had to sleep on the twin. :) It was quiet, clean and had a great location.
