The house has three flat screen TV’s with fire stick, and Spectrum High Speed Internet (averages 70-100 Mbps for download and 11.6 Mbps for upload).

The house has a foosball table. There is also an electric fireplace for cozying up on cold Ohio nights. There are bedding for all beds, and plenty of towels for everyone. We have a crockpot and large roasters in the kitchen as well as a Keurig machine and coffee maker with complimentary K cups, coffee, and condiments. There are plenty of plates, silverware, glasses and cups for everyone.

Toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage liners are all provided.

The detached shower house has 3 bathroom stalls and 4 showers separated into men's and women's. There is a nice concrete patio with 2 grills, and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. There are 2 picnic tables in the back yard. and lots of outdoor space! You can relax, or sing around the fire pit (firewood is provided), or enjoy the 19 acre lake or small pond for fishing. The lake is full of bass, crappy, bluegill, catfish, and carp. Fishing enthusiasts be sure to bring your fishing poles and bait. Venture out in our 3 canoes (we have plenty of life jackets). You are located directly on the grounds of the famous Flash Baseball Complex where we shot a film in 2018 with Matthew Modine. This is Baseball Heaven. You are welcome to use certain areas of the Flash facility. These include basketball, volleyball, treated swimming hole, and playsets for the little ones.

There are several grocery stores and local restaurants within 20 mins. So if you run out of anything, no worries. There are also some great dive bars within a 30 min radius. Some are on the Ohio River. And there are gas stations and dollar stores close by. Cincinnati is only a 45 minute drive if you have business in the city, or want to take a field trip to the Red's game, Coney Island, Turfway Downs, the Zoo, The Freedom Center or Union Terminal. We are located one hour from the Creation Museum and just over an hour to the Ark Encounter. Other great historical field trips within 30 mins are Grant's Boyhood Home and The Rankin House (Underground Railroad).

The sunsets are magnificent, and the evenings are quiet. The lake has lots of birds and wildlife. Blue Herons, Egrets, and a family of Bald Eagles visit frequently. This will be a relaxing time for rejuvenating. We are a vacation within a vacation. We provide personal service to cater to each group that we are blessed to have stay with us. • Living Room & Dining Room were originally a courtyard to the original building / hotel in 1893. It has since been enclosed and refinished. The inset bookcases in the living room used to be windows overlooking the courtyard. The living room ceiling has skylights and a 16 foot ceiling.

• The three bedrooms offer a king bed, a queen bed and a full size / double bed (High ceilings), so we can accommodate up to six (6) people.

• Primary bedroom has a king size bed and HDTV

• Three large flat-screen televisions offer streaming and live options and Wi-Fi is included for those who need to stay plugged in for work.

• Washer and dryer is available for your convenience in a shared laundry room across the hall from the apartment. The machines take coins.

I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the little town was right on the Ohio River with a little park across the street and a couple cafes near by. Place was very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Fun little weekend hideout spot and a great base of operations for exploring East Fork."

Cute, little Amish cabin located on the same property as the Flash Lodge. If you need extra space during your stay, or you want a quiet little couple's get away, or a nice quiet place for a family with small children, this is perfect - Sleeps up to 5 people. There is a twin over full bunkbed. Also, there is a futon that will sleep 2 small people. Lunch sized and small refrigerator, pure water dispenser, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker provided. Outdoor fire pit with grill top and wood provided. No running water in the cabin as you will share the shower house with the lodge guests. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy the canoe as well. No Tents allowed.

- "This tiny house was perfect for my sister in law and I. We had an event in Georgetown and this location was close and easy. There were no softball games while we were there, but if there were games it would be a very different stay as it is about 10 feet from the field. For us, it was quiet and lovely. I had booked one of the other cabins that didn't have a restroom and Pamela was WONDERFUL to work with and change us to a cabin with a restroom. I would definitely stay at this property again."

The cabin features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests. Here’s how the sleeping arrangements breakdown:

•Master Bedroom: King-size bed with plenty of room to relax with its en suite, and access to the screened porch.

•Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed

•Bedroom 3: This spacious room fits a Queen-size bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed-great for kids or families comfortably.

Pet Policies and Dog Guidelines

•Supervision: Dogs must be supervised while inside the cabin. Please do not leave your dog alone in the cabin unless they are crated. A crate can be provided upon request.

•Wet Dogs: If your dog gets wet or muddy from exploring in the creek, please use the hose located by the front porch to rinse them off. Guests must bring their own dog towel to dry their pet before re-entering the cabin.

•Food and Water: 2 water and 1 Food bowl are provided-one set in the kitchen by the sliding door and the second water bowl will be on the screened porch.

•This cabin is someone’s home, treat it as if it were your own.

•Quiet time from 11pm-8am

•The hot tub is 6 people only!!

•You might hear coyotes in the area-they’re around, though sightings are rare. Still, it’s best to keep your pet close, especially when walking day or night.

•The creek near by is beautiful, especially when it’s dry, but do be cautious after rainfall-it can run swiftly and become a bit dangerous.

The Cabin By The Creek is exactly what we wanted. The care and attention to detail put into the cabin by Judy and Joe really made the place feel more like a home than a rental. They were also very helpful in suggesting places to go and things to do. While my wife really appreciated the master bedroom shower, among so many other things, (Blackstone grill, hot tub, fire pit, playing Battleship and Connect Four, etc.) the icing on the cake for me was the paining of dogs playing poker. We will be back! "

And maybe the best part is it’s less than 2 miles from one of the largest lakes in Ohio….Beautiful East Fork Lake. Bring your boat and fishing pole.

- "Where do I start? This house was phenomenal. The indoor basketball court was amazing. We played so many games of Horse! Even got the older adults in the court. And because you can watch the gym from the upper level our 80 year old grandma got to enjoy the fun by watching. And the outdoor pickleball and pool. So much to do. We have rented a lot of large homes for our family weekend of 20+ people and this is by far the best one yet. The large kitchen table could fit 14 people. We played so many board games and cards. And the deck overlooks the woods. It was so nice. And the kitchen and living room are all open. The kitchen island is huge. Was so nice to cook meals. Double ovens and a large extra fridge in the garage. And the bedrooms all have a lot of beds and plenty of bathrooms. Majority of bathrooms have double sinks and private toilet. It is the perfect house. And Chris was great to communicate with. He answered any question I had and kept me informed as he was finishing up the house to be ready for our trip. Check in was super easy. He even extended our checkout time. He is the best Host! We will be back. Our family can’t stop talking about how great the place was and how much fun everyone had. And Walmart is only 4 miles away so if you need anything it is super easy to go get something .If you have a large family and need a place with a lot to do and plenty of bedrooms this is the best place!!!"

The space
Our apartment has been completely renovated and professionally furnished and decorated.

It has an open floorplan and is bright, modern and contemporary.

The kitchen is beautifully done, with brand new cabinetry, appliances and granite countertops.

We provide a traditional coffee maker as well as a Keurig model and have stocked plenty of regular and decaffeinated coffees for both with condiments.

We also provide waters, juices, breakfast bars and other snack items in the kitchen to get you started.

We have left a few books,magazines, card and board games for your use. Iron and ironing board provided.

There is a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom.

There is also a full size air mattress as well as a twin roll away bed as additional options along with plenty of extra towels, linens and pillows.

There is one bath that has new tile floor and tub surround. There is also a new bath vanity, and all new fixtures. A hairdryer is provided.

We are excited to share our scenic riverfront setting.

We love living in New Richmond because it has beauty and small town charm while conveniently located near a larger city (we are only 24 short minutes from Downtown Cincinnati)

We are also only 12 minutes from Riverbend Music Center.

The Village of New Richmond has experienced an unprecedented revival over the last few years.

Our apartment is in the center of the business district and a short walk to many bars and restaurants with great food, outdoor seating areas, and live music. New Richmond has a DORA (Designated Outdoor Recreation Area) district that allows carrying open containers bought in a DORA establishment.

We are also walkable to many eclectic shops, historic sites, a public boat launch, kayak rental, The World's Only Cardboard Boat Museum, and our local farmers market open most Sundays during the summer. The village hosts numerous festivals and activities on the riverfront year-round.

Coffee and breakfast are also available at our local coffee shop right next door.

Additionally, the views of the river and the hills of Kentucky are breathtaking. Watching barges float by and enjoying our area's most spectacular sunsets from the riverfront park right across the street is the ultimate in relaxation

- "Very happy with our stay! Right outside of a little downtown area and the police department is across the street. It was very quiet, which we enjoy. There are two bedrooms upstairs - queen bed and twin bed. Additionally the living room has a queen sleeper inside of the couch. Plenty of dishes, towels, and anything else you would need. Didn’t see a single bug, always a win in the middle of summer when we stay somewhere. Only two recommendations on the property are if you use the boiler setting on the stove, the board in the display started to smoke and looked like it was going to start on fire. The second is turn the AC to on not auto, the upstairs is very warm comparative to downstairs so you need the constant flow of AC. The owner Angela is amazing and we loved the property - would stay there every time we traveled to that area."

Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting.

Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave.

We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house.

If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.

Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave.

This house has a limited occupancy of 17 people.
Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.
