The house has three flat screen TV’s with fire stick, and Spectrum High Speed Internet (averages 70-100 Mbps for download and 11.6 Mbps for upload).

The house has a foosball table. There is also an electric fireplace for cozying up on cold Ohio nights. There are bedding for all beds, and plenty of towels for everyone. We have a crockpot and large roasters in the kitchen as well as a Keurig machine and coffee maker with complimentary K cups, coffee, and condiments. There are plenty of plates, silverware, glasses and cups for everyone.

Toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage liners are all provided.

The detached shower house has 3 bathroom stalls and 4 showers separated into men's and women's. There is a nice concrete patio with 2 grills, and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. There are 2 picnic tables in the back yard. and lots of outdoor space! You can relax, or sing around the fire pit (firewood is provided), or enjoy the 19 acre lake or small pond for fishing. The lake is full of bass, crappy, bluegill, catfish, and carp. Fishing enthusiasts be sure to bring your fishing poles and bait. Venture out in our 3 canoes (we have plenty of life jackets). You are located directly on the grounds of the famous Flash Baseball Complex where we shot a film in 2018 with Matthew Modine. This is Baseball Heaven. You are welcome to use certain areas of the Flash facility. These include basketball, volleyball, treated swimming hole, and playsets for the little ones.

There are several grocery stores and local restaurants within 20 mins. So if you run out of anything, no worries. There are also some great dive bars within a 30 min radius. Some are on the Ohio River. And there are gas stations and dollar stores close by. Cincinnati is only a 45 minute drive if you have business in the city, or want to take a field trip to the Red's game, Coney Island, Turfway Downs, the Zoo, The Freedom Center or Union Terminal. We are located one hour from the Creation Museum and just over an hour to the Ark Encounter. Other great historical field trips within 30 mins are Grant's Boyhood Home and The Rankin House (Underground Railroad).

The sunsets are magnificent, and the evenings are quiet. The lake has lots of birds and wildlife. Blue Herons, Egrets, and a family of Bald Eagles visit frequently. This will be a relaxing time for rejuvenating. We are a vacation within a vacation. We provide personal service to cater to each group that we are blessed to have stay with us. Rooms & Amenities include:

• Living Room & Dining Room were originally a courtyard to the original building / hotel in 1893. It has since been enclosed and refinished. The inset bookcases in the living room used to be windows overlooking the courtyard. The living room ceiling has skylights and a 16 foot ceiling.

• The three bedrooms offer a king bed, a queen bed and a full size / double bed (High ceilings), so we can accommodate up to six (6) people.

• Primary bedroom has a king size bed and HDTV

• Three large flat-screen televisions offer streaming and live options and Wi-Fi is included for those who need to stay plugged in for work.

• Boardgames & books

• Washer and dryer is available for your convenience in a shared laundry room across the hall from the apartment. The machines take coins.

• Central A/C and heat

This is located in a safe and historic area that has much to explore within walking distance. This DORA community offers multiple restaurants and bars with indoor and outdoor dining and live music at several venues. There are various specialty and antique shops. They have regular festivals, markets and other events as well. New Richmond has several community parks and lots of beautiful greenspace.

New Richmond is a great community for walking and bicycling. There is free street parking with small-town traffic.

- "I wanted a place closer to the park as I would need to be there early and probably leave late. New Richmond fit the bill at only 20 minutes away. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the little town was right on the Ohio River with a little park across the street and a couple cafes near by. Place was very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Fun little weekend hideout spot and a great base of operations for exploring East Fork."

Cute, little Amish cabin located on the same property as the Flash Lodge. If you need extra space during your stay, or you want a quiet little couple's get away, or a nice quiet place for a family with small children, this is perfect - Sleeps up to 5 people. There is a twin over full bunkbed. Also, there is a futon that will sleep 2 small people. Lunch sized and small refrigerator, pure water dispenser, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker provided. Outdoor fire pit with grill top and wood provided. No running water in the cabin as you will share the shower house with the lodge guests. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy the canoe as well. No Tents allowed.

Check in and out was quick and easy." - "It was a really comfortable place." - "this cozy little cabin has all the necessities and is right on a pond and a lake. you can walk right out the door and throw a pole in! you still get that camping feel but if you need a break from the heat or you want to catch up on your favorite shows the AC and smart tv is an added bonus. if you’re okay with being close to each other this cabin could easily sleep 6 comfortably. there is a decent sized fridge to hold perishables and to keep drinks cold. There is a shared restroom area and even though we were sharing with another property there was still privacy! we will definitely be coming back!"

Some features of the home include large jetted Jacuzzi tub for a relaxing bath, new rouku high definition TV in all bedrooms and 65" 4k in living room, large rear deck to spend time with family, also screened in side porch for your morning coffee, master suite bedroom features king bed with high quality mattress and cotton sheets, master bath with rain shower and all new natural tile work, Bedroom 2 is set up for "Paris" stay for some relaxing time the kids will love! Bedroom 3 is setup with Cincinnati Bengals theme. Bedroom 4 is located in the lower level of home and set up for the car lovers with a racing theme the little ones or older family will love this room we be closed to 5 or less guest .The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of countertop space and everything you need to make a great family dinner for up to 10 guests, living room with 65" high definition TV and power reclining Couch for relaxing after a nice day out with the family hiking at east fork state park, only a 5 min drive away the kids can play in the gaming area in the lower level with a vintage style Nintendo system with lots of games built in also enjoy the Air Hockey table with the whole family this is also where the futon Couch is located . (Roll away bed available for small fee for 11th guest) Come check out this home and spend some time with the family! We would love to have your family come stay! (Trash will be picked up during stay sometimes housekeeping will knock and ring door bell before entering this is done between hrs of 8- 9 pm )
